We invite you to a dining experience where dessert takes center stage. The menu of this Dessert Dining revolves around the concept of Reflections, serious thought and consideration are given to each dish. Each reflection involves layers of purpose to pair with its reflective snack and drink pairing (non-alcoholic). Due to the nature of the menu and the ingredients used to create them, we are unable to accommodate any dietary requirements. We kindly ask guests to arrive on time for their reservation. Please note there is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellation within 48 hours before your reservation will incur a $155 charge per person. Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a $50 fee per person. A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays.

Very happy with this collab KOI X Sebastian. Very happy with the kakigori and paired well with the mocktail. Plus point we got the best seats right at the center and served by Chef Reynold & Chef Sebastian. The Kakigoris taste so light and not overly sweet so we still have some room for KOI cake afterwards. Excellent!!

Value for money wasn't there, it wasn't an "experience" just served an ice cream, the people at the bar all seemed to know one of the owners and so he spent most of the time talking to them.

Incredibly creative and delicious food! We were hoping to meet chef Reynold as we are huge fans and Instagram followers, but his incredible talent is expressed by his menu and team, thank you for an amazing experience.

Everything was good but we don’t like the canapes as there is no balancing on the flavour. Caesar Bouquet: the dressing doesn’t cover all so the last few bite only taste the mesclun or lettuce Egg tart: only taste Parmesan nothing at all Fried bao was excellent eventho a bit dry Tomato : no taste and no texture at all, too sour; clearly just fresh tomato taste and the wonton it’s not crispy (soggy) The Jus on wagyu was perfect. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and was prepared for high expectations of quality, but a potential for being let down with various reviews implying the food was overpriced, small quantity and subpar quality. Can I assure you this was not the case. This was my first experiential dining and I was amazed by the design, layout, textures, accompaniments, flavours and vibrancy. This was a special treat I’d saved up for and had planned years in advance, and I can definitely say I do not regret it. My only constructive feedback was the auto surprise of being charged for tap water ($4) and elocution when presenting each dish.
