    Set Tasting Menu. Guests sitting at the same table are required to have the same set menu. For groups of 6 and above please give us a call or send us an email. A 10% service charge applies for groups of 6 and above. Due to the nature of the menu and the ingredients used to create them, we are unable to accommodate any dietary requirements. We kindly ask guests to arrive on time for their reservation. Please note there is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellation within 48 hours before your reservation will incur a $165 charge per person. Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a $50 fee per person. A 10% surcharge applies on Sundays.

    KOI’s annual Spring High Tea has arrived! An annual appreciation of Spring. Indulge in elegant flavours harmonise with vibrant colors, all inspired by the serenity of the Japanese garden. FINE PRINT: Minimum 2 people per high tea set. Please provide 48-hour notice for any dietary requirements. Due to the nature of the menu and ingredients used, we do not offer vegan and/or dairy-free menu. Bookings are highly recommended. High Tea time allocation is 1.5 hours per seating. Booking time is between 12pm to 3pm (last seating). Cancellation policy: 72 hours notification is required, in the case booking is cancelled less than 72 hours $95/person cancellation fee applies.

    Had a great time, was a super unique dining experience that I really enjoyed! It was cool to watch the chef's prepare the food right in front of me. The dishes were all things I would not have necessarily considered ordering at a traditional restaurant but I enjoyed every single one of them! I will definitely visit again the next time I am in Sydney!

    The ambiance minimalist but was loud for less then 20 people. I could not hear the servers talking about the course served. The pace and timing was completely off, canapés served very quickly, the mains took 20-25 min to arrive each. What was laughable were the portion sizes each main was literally nigiri slices of protiens. The tuna was masked with cucumber salsa, the 3 day aged king fish was covered in soup which makes no point of aging, the wagyu course of tiny slices were chewy, grisly and bland. Then false hopes that the dessert would be the star of the experience. Sad to say, no it was not. The playing was a mess, the service was delayed, it took 34 min to get my non-alcoholic drink. As I sit on the counter watching a comical show where they are just frantically designing but more of a mess plate, it’s so insulting to charge the $165 plus tip for a very basic meal. I wouldn’t call this a tasting experience but more of maybe you should stick to desserts. I was asked if I was full and how the pace was going, I said I’m not full at all and the pace is quite slow. But nothing changed, I sent back the wagyu, the egg dessert, potato bread I didn’t finish, the ikura bun was super greasy, this was fried on the counter with an electric home fryer, the Caesar salad bit was close to being dangerous as you try to one bite it almost choking. There’s no two bite situation all the cream, dressing spills out. If you like loud, kind of nice plating food that tastes basic then this is for you. Experience it is in the not so good way, a tasting it is not.

    I'll start by saying the hospitality was great. Staff were polite and knew their dishes and we were asked about the pacing mid way also. Food was enjoyable and creative and the attention to detail shows through. We declined the wine pairing but honestly the 2 hour sitting would feel rushed if we had accepted for the 10 courses. Cocktails were unique, a fair range of drinks but most wines are by the bottle. The wines meant for pairing are sold by the glass which is a great option. Had a few laughs with the staff which shows they are personable and overall a fun experience where time flew quickly.

    It was a fantastic experience. The service was at its best and the food were beautifully arranged. The food definitely hit my taste palettes at the right spots. The stars for me were the mains. Each were curated for a lavish experience. I am no food connoisseur but this was really good at a differently best level. I ended up fuller than I thought I would be. A great experience and a definite to go-to when I am in Sydney again!

    The tasting menu was a delightful romp through an amazing variety of culinary experiences. The presentations were stunningly beautiful, the service knowledgeable and personable. The wine pairings were spot on.

    We had a very eventful night and every dish was wonderful. We had a seasonal August menu and the favourite for us was Hokkaido Scallop, Aged Duck & Shrooms. I keep thinking about these dishes post dinner and it’s living rent-free in my memory. I had a mocktail that night and although it doesn’t list the ingredients in the menu - the bartender was very helpful in explaining the drinks and it was a no-brainer that I had to go with yuzu and strawberry foam. Highly recommend this place as the dishes were intricately made and balanced. It’s also too pretty to eat at times!

    Came all the way from Perth to try it. Everything in their drinks are all good that I have to order another one (Cocoberry is my fave). The food is very well presented and service is very good and approachable as well. Will definitely recommend it to my friends and will always come back to dine in when I come back to Sydney. Thank you for the experience.

    It was an absolute delight to dine here; the food was delicious, and the service was wonderful. After trying the August Menu, we will definitely be coming back again!

    This was genuinely an experience. The Onyx dessert was genuinely the best meal either of have ever eaten. The Shrooms were polarising but still an incredible meal. The staff were amazing, and attentive all night.
