KOI’s annual Spring High Tea has arrived! An annual appreciation of Spring. Indulge in elegant flavours harmonise with vibrant colors, all inspired by the serenity of the Japanese garden. FINE PRINT: Minimum 2 people per high tea set. Please provide 48-hour notice for any dietary requirements. Due to the nature of the menu and ingredients used, we do not offer vegan and/or dairy-free menu. Bookings are highly recommended. High Tea time allocation is 1.5 hours per seating. Booking time is between 12pm to 4pm (last seating). Cancellation policy: 72 hours notification is required, in the case booking is cancelled less than 72 hours $95/person cancellation fee applies.

Desserts always amazing! Second time for the soft opening and thoroughly enjoyed just found the service was not quite up to the same as the previous time we had attended.

Great cakes! we especially love the Opera Cake. A bit sad because only few cakes left when we came, so we didn’t really have choices. Services could be better in terms of the hospitality.

Delicious! The food is centre stage here and so it should be. Lovely minimalist decor, professional and friendly staff and of course sensational desserts.

Food was amazing as expected. Service needs a lot of work. Not personable at all. Do not make you feel like you are welcome it felt more like a production line. It was a soft opening so maybe it will get better but not sure I would go back after that when there are other places you can get a nice dessert.

Wow - I am so happy that we finally have the opportunity in try Reynold's amazing desserts in Melbourne - they did not disappoint at all. The service, attention to detail was amazing. The desserts were incredible to eat and have left a forever memory in my mind. I will be returning often - it is a reason by its own just to go into the city now Thank you so much Reynold and his family for choosing Melbourne as your second store to open

Came for the yuzu cake and it was sold out. Fair enough, good things tend to sell out. Chose other cakes. Quite overpriced for the quality. Atmosphere wasn't great either. Service was disappointingly poor compared to Sydney. Understand it's a soft opening but the staff seemed to lack any sign of enthusiasm. Quite a shame because KOI Sydney stores are terrific!
