Kobé is known for offering its guests a unique Teppanyaki dining experience and doing so with its very own blend of fun and flare at its 12 Central Florida locations. We provide a unique dining experience that offers an exciting and vibrant environment for guests to gather and celebrate over delicious food and drinks.

Due to our unique communal seating arrangement at our teppanyaki table, please expect a short wait time with your reservation upon checking in with your complete party. We offer limited online booking availability, with communal seating, for large parties 11-20. For large parties requesting a booking outside of online availability, parties 20+, and parties requesting private tables please contact your preferred Kobé location by completing our online inquiry form at https://kobesteakhouse.com/banquets/to reserve through a manager with a banquet menu. We visited here for my daughter 17th birthday. Our server and chef were amazing. The customer service and the level of interaction was the best we’ve had yet. Our chef’s name I think was Kevin and our server. I can’t remember her name but she has blonde hair

Tonight’s experience was not a typical Kobe experience. All of our food was burnt, no oil or “coke a cola” was used, we had to ask for food to be cooked in the back then the food didn’t arrive until after everyone’s checks were brought out. Our server Leah was amazing but the remainder was awful!

Very difficult to hear and understand server when they wear masks and it’s noisy. Was irritating. Chef Phillip was great and food was delicious.

The meat was not tender. Our chef kept calling me hot American mama- my son did not think that was funny. Very weird experience.

Our dinner was very rushed. Our chef was OK but not great. We constantly had to ask for more Yum Yum sauce and sometimes the chef filled our little bowls and sometimes he seemed to forget and we had to ask again. Towards the end of our meal, he just didn't give one of our group Yum Yum sauce after being asked two or three times. It felt like he wanted to get on to his next group. Then when doing our leftovers, we asked our waitress several times for Yum Yum sauce with our leftovers....she shook her head yes but we never got any. It was like they were hording it last night. Not a great celebration for us. We may reconsider using our birthday gift vouchers the next time. Our bill was substantial even with two birthday discounts.

This goes out to the Longwood Florida location. Once again, 5 stars go out across-the-board from chef, Philip. Will his assistant? I want to do a shout out to the general manager and cody.For the past thirty five years, we have been nineteen eighty five customers. We have been going for all different occasions and celebrating with them. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Always the best food atmosphere. Just an amazing situation in their restaurant.Give up the great work

Worst Kobe experience me and my family have ever had. We spent over 70$ a person to receive bland and burnt food, horrible service and having to ask for a simple drink 5 times just to get it. I got the sumo sampler and I have to say it is not worth it. The best protein on my plate were the mushrooms. Everything else was bland. Chef burned half the items and forgot to add butter to the rest. The staff seemed like they wanted to rush us out and when asked for simple things that should’ve been at our table they were either annoyed or took a very long time. Overall will never go back to that establishment and hope others never have to deal with service like that again.
