Due to our unique communal seating arrangement at our teppanyaki table, please expect a short wait time with your reservation upon checking in with your complete party. We offer limited online booking availability, with communal seating, for large parties 11-20. Had an amazing time! I love this Kobe location. Wawa was our chef and he was absolutely hilarious, I would come back just to see him.

Noticed the cook failed to clean his spatula after removing the raw chicken from the container onto the grill then immediately proceeded to use the same spatula to stir the seafood thus cross contaminating the cooked food with raw chicken. Usually the cook immediately wipes off his tools when they go from one food to another. This chef failed to do so and I was unable to enjoy my food concerned with the potential cross contamination. I understand all the food is properly cooked but just the thought of it caused issues being able to enjoy the food.

Our server(s) was not attentive. The delay to order and receive our drinks was higher than any other visit to Kobe and that was without bar drinks. Two in our party order the $40 special and was never given their ice cream even after the server was reminded. We ordered crab Rangoon that was not brought out until mid dinner with chef and that was because we notified our server it was never received. The prices we pay and to be forced to tip 18% gratuity for fast food service is not ok. Servers were not apologetic and were kinda rude when notifying them of the missing items. In fact, the lady who brought us our salad, asked my son in law if he wanted a refill by calling him “ginger” when trying to get his attention. Highly offensive and NOT ok to do.

We dined with a large group spread out over two tables. The chef at our table was Toshio. He did an amazing job and was very entertaining. The food was good and the portions were plentiful. I’ll definitely return for a birthday or similar occasion.

We always come here and we really enjoy the food. But this time was little disappointed with our server Joe. My friend and I had surgery so we can't eat much. We wanted to share the hibachi and we order some sushi and app too. But Joe wasnt happy about this. His attitude was really disturbing and it made us very uncomfortable. People can share hibachi's even with sharing we had leftover. Because its to much! He was so worried about the bill and the amount of tip he was going to get. We always go to international location but never had this issue. Last time when we went to this location we had the same orders and our server didnt give us attitude. But this time was very rude and talk about us to most of the stuff there. He was pointing on us and looking at us all night long! and I dont think I will go back to this location.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating my son’s “21”st birthday. The food was delicious and the chef had a great sense of humor.( I don’t remember his name) but we all have a great time.. we ordered 2 cocktails and they were both made perfect. I will definitely visit again. Great atmosphere :)

It was excellent. I just wish they wouldn’t add an automatic 18% to the bill. Tipping should always be voluntary, and depending on service. Overall a great experience though

Waited a long time for grill prep. .meanwhile server kept pushing appetizers and drinks. Also poor communication between server and chef. Got two of our three din erst wrong and we had to correct ourselves. Unfortunately our chef was reluctant to listen and correct without several attempts. We have eaten there a number of times without this problem. Also not appreciating told the 18% service fee was for the house and tried to push for high additional tip. We are generous but not liked to be pushed or trying to make felt guilty. We still left a generous total amount.
