Le chef cuisinier Tylun Pang dirige le restaurant Kō, le joyau culinaire de Wailea et la seule institution gastronomique sur l'île de Maui à proposer une cuisine inspirée par l'ère des plantations de canne à sucre. We love some good food and the level of luxury met our expectations. The Ahi on the Rock was a fun twist to seared tuna and the quality and freshness was on point. The paniolo ribeye was cooked to perfection, charred rare and the seafood luau stellar. The service staff from host stand to server was nothing but aloha.

Great food and friendly service that recognized us as returning customers, all in a beautiful setting. When you’re on Maui, be sure you visit Ko. It will be one of the highlights of your dining experiences. Special thanks to the chef for going above and beyond when making a gluten-free version of the amazing lavender honey crispy shrimp that we couldn’t tell from the original!

The restaurant and the resort are gorgeous. We were seated in a beautiful half circle table with a plant terrarium on the table. However this area had zero breeze and was very hot and humid and stuffy. And no fans to move the air. The Mai Thais were amazing, though. they are served in cool tiki glasses. I had the fresh catch of the day and my partner had the rib eye. The fish was good. Flavorful and the risotto was good, however the dish had a metallic odor to it which made it difficult to eat. The rib eye was good but not worth the 69.00 it cost. For the prices I expected food as good as Mamas Fish House but it was average compared to them. My partner had the banana bread dessert and he said it was delicious. Sadly, I don’t think we’d return to Ko in the future.

Convenient for Fairmont residents. Usual Maui cost, inflated, can’t recall the food so says a few things. Not sure I’ll make it a 4th or 5th visit, service and location is nice. Just remembered the fish dish, small and costly. Plenty of other options , Wailea hotels, captive audience..

Z (Zebedee) was a fabulous server who made our experience all the more special. My family of four split the Bao Buns, the Sticky Sweet Shrimp, Ahi on the Rock, the Sushi Roll and the Lobster Tempura, followed by the Banana Bread dessert. All was delicious, could not have asked for better. Prices are a little steep, but you get what you pay for, and this was worth it. Thank you, we can't wait to return! Derek

Absolute best food and service we have had during our visit. Shout out to “Z” and Cass. Also, the hostess (I’m sorry I can’t recall name off hand) was so helpful. We arrived early for our reservations and she got us in. Cannot say enough about this restaurant and fabulous staff.

If you're wanting to enjoy a great breakfast buffet especially in Wailea I would definitely recommend this one at KO. The best part of this is the variety of food that's offered it's something that you definitely don't want to miss especially from the different cuisines like Chinese, Filipino, Hawaiian, Japanese, Korean and Portuguese. The desserts had a beautiful selection and I really liked the banana bar that was offered but unfortunately some of the other desserts I didn't care for like the fruit tart and the strawberry creme parfaits. Whatever your celebration is whether it be a birthday, wedding, anniversary or just wanting to enjoy a great meal I would give it 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Mediocre expensive food. Waiter who cleared our table kept hassling us for leaving over food (picky child eater) and not taking a box with us.
