Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida.

Resort Casual: Please refrain from wearing athletic apparel and swim attire or cover ups in the main dining room.

Corkage policy: Guests are invited to bring in up to two 750ml bottles with a $50 corkage fee per bottle. The wines cannot be featured on our wine list.

Knife & Spoon is conceived by Chef John Tesar who was called "the single most talented cook I ever worked with" by Anthony Bourdain. Tesar came up as a chef in New York City at 13 Barrow St, Vine, and the Supper Club. He then went on to open two restaurants in Dallas that have been named among the best in the country by Bon Appetit, Eater and Esquire. He has garnered praise from Food and Wine, and The New York Times and is a two-time contestant on Bravo's "Top Chef."

Service was excellent! Food was great. Just wish it had a better atmosphere to match is why only 4 stars.

Excellent! From the service to the food. It's a dining "experience ". Bread service amazing. Shrimp cocktail & bolognese were delicious. Of course their steaks are amazing (but pricey- so splitting them is a great option when so many great salads and sides to choose from). We got dessert to go - but even that was beautifully "presented" in the to go containers!

Exceptional service and an incredibly attentive staff! After a long day at a Disney park, we enjoyed a dinner experience that exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail and warm hospitality made such an impression that we’ve already decided—on our next trip to Orlando, we’ll be staying at this hotel. Delicious menu, beautiful presentation and wonderful craft cocktails! Thank you everyone at K&S for a perfect end to a busy weekend! Our young daughters really enjoyed their time dining here as well!

This was my Michelin rated restaurant experience and it did not disappoint. Service was top notch, as well as the food. I wish my friend and I would have allotted more time to really enjoy it and that will be my plan next time. A definite recommend.

It was an incredible experience. Took my daughter here for her 14th birthday. It was her first experience with very fine dining. The sauce was incredible for my filet. We had the carrot cake and key lime dessert and both were absolutely delicious. I’m already wishing we could go back this trip. The service was perfection.

Our experience at Knife and Spoon was SO yum!! 😋 The service was so amazing that we even got 6 different waiters! The bread service was also amazing and they gave you 3 options to choose from. The rest of the meal was delicious even though it was a little on the pricey side. But the restaurant was very elegant and had very exquisite decorative designs. At the end of the meal we were joking about it being my husbands birthday and they overheard and actually brought us a cake 😱 How kind of them!! Overall I rate it a 9.5 out of 10! hehe
