Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida.

Resort Casual: Please refrain from wearing athletic apparel and swim attire or cover ups in the main dining room.

Corkage policy: Guests are invited to bring in up to two 750ml bottles with a $50 corkage fee per bottle. The wines cannot be featured on our wine list.

Knife & Spoon is conceived by Chef John Tesar who was called "the single most talented cook I ever worked with" by Anthony Bourdain. Tesar came up as a chef in New York City at 13 Barrow St, Vine, and the Supper Club. He then went on to open two restaurants in Dallas that have been named among the best in the country by Bon Appetit, Eater and Esquire. He has garnered praise from Food and Wine, and The New York Times and is a two-time contestant on Bravo's "Top Chef."

Although busy for the Labor Day holiday, the service and the food were both excellent. We each had the grouper and it was fantastic. Paired nicely with onion rings and a wine that Jennifer selected…she is always spot on. The heirloom tomato and burratta salad is a favorite. Tony and his team took great care of us. All the team is attentive and so nice. The food is so good !

Kain lead a team of servers that were exceptional. The attention to detail and intentionality was second to no other place. The food was excellent as well.

My wife and I had a great experience at Knife & Spoon. The wagyu filet was made to perfection, the scallops were delicious, and the Hamachi was very good. We can't forget about the drinks. The bartenders know how to make good drinks. Thank you to the staff who made my wife, and I experience memorable. We celebrated our wedding anniversary and my wife's birthday.

Where to start. Booked a table for 4 for a "babymoon" and made sure the staff knew about it when we booked and when we arrived. We were seated promptly. Staff came over to review take drink orders which were delicious and made pretty quickly. We order a shrimp cocktail, 32 oz 90 day aged ribeye, 10 oz wagyu filet, mac and cheese, fries, Cesar salad, sauce sampler, soufflé, and key lime pie. Bread service was tasty, we asked for extra butter and never received it and there was never a second offer of bread. The Cesar salad was presented well but lacked flavor. The first major issue came when the pregnant member of our party was served shrimp that was actually raw inside. We were shocked and let the waiter know right away. He offered to replace it or have it removed from the bill. It was presented very nicely but it was still silver inside. They then placed the tuna tar tar amuse bouche in front of her which we were a little surprised by as well. They replaced it when we mentioned she couldn't eat that and apologized. The steaks were very tasty, the 90 days aged ribeye had deep flavor. The filet was nothing special, could make it at home with a sous vide. The staff was slow to fill up our beverages until we had the issue with the shrimp, then we had more attention on our table. Food all came out fresh. They forgot to bring us the sauce sampler which came out after we reminded them. The waiter offered to remove the cost of dessert from our bill due to the shrimp issue. The soufflé was the star of the show. Overall a disappointing experience in a loud setting. No need to go back, would certainly except better better of a Michelin star recipient. Worst of all, no one other then our waiter ever came over to apologize for the raw shrimp. There is more care given on a cruise ship.

This used to be a good place they lost their star and I can see why. The food is very average now.

Everything was perfect, from initial reception, appetizers, beverages and main course plus desserts! Great service too and good ambiance plus noise level

Food is amazing. Service is perfect. When I asked for the location of the mens room, I was escorted to it. Pedro was our server. He was great.. Would like to have had table cloths on the tables. The decor could have some color. The monotone palate is really boring. Thank You. We had a great dinner.
