Knife & Spoon is the signature steak and seafood restaurant in the Ritz-Carlton Orlando Grande Lakes led by Chef Tyler Kineman. The restaurant was awarded a coveted MICHELIN Star in the 2022 & 2023 edition of the MICHELIN Guide Florida.

Resort Casual: Please refrain from wearing athletic apparel and swim attire or cover ups in the main dining room.

Corkage policy: Guests are invited to bring in up to two 750ml bottles with a $50 corkage fee per bottle. The wines cannot be featured on our wine list.

Knife & Spoon is conceived by Chef John Tesar who was called "the single most talented cook I ever worked with" by Anthony Bourdain. Tesar came up as a chef in New York City at 13 Barrow St, Vine, and the Supper Club. He then went on to open two restaurants in Dallas that have been named among the best in the country by Bon Appetit, Eater and Esquire. He has garnered praise from Food and Wine, and The New York Times and is a two-time contestant on Bravo's "Top Chef."

We had a wonderful experience at this fine restaurant. From the check in to being seating. The service was top notch and the waiter was very engaging and honest with questions we had. Overall a great night and good food! Will come back :)

Soirée entre amies. Nous y retournerons pour le service exceptionnel 🤩🤩 Tous les plats étaient excellents ! Huîtres, queue de homard, poisson du jour, et le pain brioché 😋

We tried the Green Menu and it was top 3 of the best things ive put in my face. I’ve eaten all around Central Florida and many places in Chicago, Boston, NYC, and London. This place would hold its own in any of those cities.

Lovely early birthday celebration. The staff was attentive, and the food was excellent. I especially enjoyed the King Crab Rice, Hamachi Crudo and the Scallops! No surprise they’ve been recognized for their work. 🙌🏽

The food was outstanding. The service was personal and impeccable. Never felt rushed so food was paced and leisurely. Will definitely be on my “go to” list.

Honestly I was very disappointed when we went there. Could not understand any of the servers cause they spoke in such a low whisper and seems pushy, like if we were still picking at our plates one of the runners would just come up and grab the plate and knife and spoon out of our hands. The food, honestly, for the price, was meh, especially when compared to other Michelin Star restaurants I have eaten at in Orlando. My steak, while inside was perfect, the outside was over seared and you could taste the gas. Also, although I couldn’t prove it, as someone who has had Waygu Beef before, what they gave me didn’t taste or look anything like Waygu Beef. The only highlight I will say was the server did bring out a little cake to celebrate my birthday which is why we were there in the first place. Overall would I give it another try…probably, but it’s gonna be a minute.

Great service, beautiful restaurant. Was a bit disappointed with the dry aged strip steak. Everything else was fantastic. Everyone was so nice.
