   Kneading Ruby never disappoints… the polenta chips with truffle were next level tasty and the new mushroom pizza is also delicious. The whipped almond fetta was also really good. Service impeccable as always. What can I say, it’s the best restaurant in Wollongong and thats why we keep coming back.

   Food was delicious! Best Gnocchi I've ever eaten. Service was good, staff very knowledgeable about menu and serving sizes.

   I don’t live locally but when I come to Wollongong, this is my go to place to eat. There is nothing I can fault, I love that the menu is simplistic and each and every dish is prepared to perfection with amazing flavours. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the ambience of the restaurant is warm and cosy. Can’t wait for my next visit

   The booking process was easy. Service from the wait staff was attentive, accurate and helpful The food was as good as we anticipated and to our liking. My fish was exceptionally. Chargrilled flat head. We were well tempted to have dessert and coffee All in all a great lazy Saturday arvo long lunch and not pressured to leave. A wonderful experience
