The venue is one of the most historic buildings in Devon, if not the whole South West. The ambiance is warm and friendly. We ate early and the place was full of happy guests. Service first rate, very good, generous sides and ace tiramasu dessert. The pizzas were tasty but the bases were a bit doughey, hence four stars. The wine was decent and reasonably priced by the carafe. Will we eat there again? - definitely yes. PS, I had to make two attempts to book as there was a 'server problem' the first time.

Very probably the best pizza I’ve ever had outside of Italy, and some within. And I travel to Italy a lot. The food and the experience at Knead was epic!

We had a double date with our friends at Knead Pizza! It was very nice - we loved the food and the atmosphere! We also loved being able to have our friends’ dog with us at dinner! The only confusing part was that one of the waitresses we talked to wasn’t aware of a promotion that was happening at the restaurant, however that was quickly resolved when we showed proof that the promotion is still applicable for us.

Brilliant for pre-show meals. Tasty food, served quickly. Great atmosphere and friendly, efficient staff. All good!
