Our server was Esmeralda, and she was gracious, helpful, warm and friendly. The filet was delicious, and the mushrooms were outstanding. The beef Tartar was out of this world – probably the best I've ever had! Definitely worth ordering.

Valet told us there wasn’t any parking and to park across the street. I had to make a u-turn out of the parking lot. While exiting the other end of the parking lot, another valet told us it would be $180 to park/valet as that’s the only thing available. We paid it and walked upstairs to eat and celebrate my birthday. Front desk host told me to sit at the bar when i arrived and i explained to her i had reservations. She then apologized and sat me down. My waitresses were amazing. That’s the only thing that was great about my experience as this is my second year celebrating my birthday here. Once we finished we went to retrieve our cars and valet tried to charge us another $80 dollars to exit the restaurant as i was confused because we pre paid to park. My experience was not so great with the valet staff and klaw hostess but our waitress was super amazing.

Everything was delicious. Ordered the Miami Spice menu for $60/pp - tuna tartare, ribeye w/ mushrooms as the side and the pineapple cheesecake. 👌🏻

Beautiful restaurant with a great service. We did the dine out Miami menu and it was a nice experience. The Sole was delicious.

We dined at Klaw to taste their Miami Spice menu. I did not disappoint! The food and service were excellent. We will return to try some additional items. Perfect spot for special celebrations!

A wonderful experience from the moment we arrived. Hostess was friendly and accommodating. We sat at the rooftop, and the views were gorgeous. The food is delicious. We were celebrating my husband's birthday, and the chef came out to bring us a dessert, Candy Bar. Very nice touch. Will definitely be back.

We were staying at the Mandarin oriental for the labor weekend to celebrate my fiance’s birthday. We went to Uchi the night before we visited Klae, it was phenomenal. So we came to Klaw with great excitement and perhaps, high expectations especially hearing so much from our friends with rave reviews. However, although it was to our pleasant surprise they offer the Miami Spice menu featuring items supposedly same as their regular menu. So we gave it a try. My entree was Sole since the waitstaff told me it is the same thing only comes in a smaller portion. The sole had bones, and I almost choked. The beef tartar toasts were dry, under-seasoned, and disappointing. I would not say anything because I appreciate their Miami spice offering as a pleasant surprise (we are not from Miami), and we were celebrating my fiancé’s birthday. But the third tiny bite of the sole still had bones in the fish; I would send it back without asking for a replacement. The waitstaff offered to replace my main course with the ribeye, which I gladly accepted and requested to be cooked medium rare. The stead did come out quickly, but it was overcooked. At that point, we were just over it and just finished our drinks and some desserts. It was the quickest steakhouse dining experience, with drinks being one an hour and 15 min. The dining area was tastefully decorated, but it was HOT. Perhaps it was because it was almost a full house. But it was HOT. The waitstaff was noticeably taking great pride in what they do, which is admirable, and quite honestly, it was why they have five stars in the service category review. As for food, it was underwhelming in terms of flavor and taste, but with the Miami Spice menu pricing, it did the job. However, after hearing so much about it, it was our first time to the Klaw, but after the first experience, we do not see ourselves returning.
