We had dinner on a Sunday night. The location was very convenient with its own parking and a nice outdoor patio area. We ordered miso soup, the Fiesta, Black Monster, and Picasso rolls. It was all really good and had new flavors I had not tried before. Black Monster uses black rice rather tan white sushi rice. Fiesta had a delicious and assertive chili oil which worked well with the other flavors in the roll. And the marinated onion in the Picasso roll was a big improvement on the fried crunchy onions that many other places use. That was plenty of food for two, but after seeing a surprising number of desserts go out to other tables, we ordered a bomba (mango, passion fruit and raspberry sorbetto) to share. That was also very tasty, and I now get why so many people were going for dessert on Sunday night at a sushi place. It was a nice surprise to have a such a nice dinner while on the road and choosing from unfamiliar spots. I would definitely return when I'm back in town.

This is our favorite sushi place! We usually order takeout but decided to dine in and really enjoyed the outdoor seating, delicious food and warm custom service. Without a doubt we’ll be back!

This place shines for Sushi in the western suburbs. It's simply amazing. Don't be fooled by the strip mall 'ish' location. They serve some of the best fish in Chicagoland. What shines is the unique, savory sauces that are unique to each Maki roll. Some even utilize emperors rice which is somewhat unusual... We go for the maki; however, the sashimi is stellar and at times they even have Toro which has been outstanding. Kizuna is not white linen table cloths so if you're looking for that level of an experience you wont get that. However, if you are looking for a casual spot for amazing sushi, well, you found the right place.

Unique food. Restaurant is decorated nicely. waitress was very knowledgeable and courteous and nice. They have outdoor seating. It was really hot when we were there so we stayed inside but there’s cute selfie station for this restaurant and the food just is really good and unique very allergy friendly they’ll work with you for gluten and dairy.

We ordered sushi rolls, nothing too ostentatious. Spicy tuna, dragon, turtle, and California. Honestly, they tasted like they were store bought. Zero flavor. And most had some sauce covering it that also had no flavor. We will not be back, despite the nice outdoor setup.
