Taking centre stage in the venue, the sushi chefs will serve up an exquisite raw menu alongside our Robata menu of dishes traditionally cooked over open flames. || *please note there is a cake charge of £20 for celebration cakes brought into the venue and helium balloons are not allowed.

The Unlimited food is genuinely unlimited, and the quality is spectacular, worth every penny will be coming back FOR SURE

The current unlimited 20 course isn't worth it as the quality of food hasn't been maintained as it should be. We have gone to Kitten before and the food was of top quality. Unfortunately, we were served tacos instead of teriyaki, the fried rice had no salt, miso aubergine was too oily and the nigiri was okay. We have had sushi, uramaki and Nigeria in the past and they have been flavorful and the portion size was good. Despite the restaurant not being super busy, the food quality has deteriorated and would recommend not to try the unlimited 20 course. It's unlimited because it's no longer good.

Disappointed in experience due to poor staff attitude. Booked for 5pm and arrived a few minutes early but was left waiting in cold outside. Shown to table and had to ask how the unlimited dining worked etc. We were given a menu which was not correct to what they were serving. When queried the reply was we haven't served that since shortly after we opened as it didn't work. The food I must admit was gorgeous and plenty of opportunity to have more. The attentiveness and professionalism of the staff really let the experience down. Grouped together slouched over counters, chatting near our table. We were asked if we would like to see a desert menu and ordered and were abruptly told that that's not included in the unlimited dining by the way - this made us feel like we were on some cheap deal or Wowcher. After desert we were asked if we would like another drink, we agreed ordered and they were delivered to the table with bill ( not requested). The waitress then informed us they would need the table back in the next 5 minutes. Our bill was £176 and we were made to feel like we were on a £10 deal. We took our drinks and sat at the entrance to finish them. Nobody sat at our table for 25 minutes I have never complained before and this is my first ever review - Great food, very poor service - such a shame

We have been several times and it is always consistently excellent. Love sitting at the bar watching the chefs preparing the sushi!!

Disappointed as the 50% off is misleading I thought it was Monday to Thursday hence why I booked a Tuesday evening. When I told the host he didn’t seem to be bothered

Amazing food. Went for a Monday treat, and got 50% off. Music could be slightly quieter, as we went on a weekday but would be perfect for evening date night. Will visit again
