We have been several times and it is always consistently excellent. Love sitting at the bar watching the chefs preparing the sushi!!

Disappointed as the 50% off is misleading I thought it was Monday to Thursday hence why I booked a Tuesday evening. When I told the host he didn’t seem to be bothered

Amazing food. Went for a Monday treat, and got 50% off. Music could be slightly quieter, as we went on a weekday but would be perfect for evening date night. Will visit again

A circus full of patronising clowns 🤡 Honestly, our experience at KITTEN was just horrendous. I’ve never left a review like this before, but after what happened, people need to know before they spend a hell of a lot of money there. First of all, the staff. Where do I even begin? Their attitudes were beyond rude—they were completely uninterested and behaved as if serving us was a chore. I’ve seen more professionalism at Maccies and Wetherspoons. Some of the wait staff were walking around in crop tops, which was just so inappropriate for a supposedly high-end restaurant. It felt more like a club than a place where you’re supposed to enjoy a meal. And then came the real disaster. We were overcharged for something we didn’t even order, and when we politely pointed it out, one of the so-called “managers” decided to argue with us! They actually had the audacity to start a full-blown argument with a customer over their own mistake. I’ve never experienced anything like it. The backchatting, the eye-rolling, the defensiveness—it was embarrassing and frankly, pathetic. After much unnecessary drama, they finally removed the item, but not before making us feel like we were in the wrong. The level of unprofessionalism was staggering. It’s as if they went out of their way to ruin what should’ve been a lovely birthday celebration. The only redeeming factor was the food, which was excellent, but even that couldn’t save this disaster of a dining experience. The staff’s behavior completely overshadowed everything. Send your staff on a people skills course before giving them a managerial position. If you’re thinking about going to KITTEN, don’t. Save yourself the headache honestly. Worst service I’ve ever experienced, hands down.

Food at atmosphere were great. Service was a little slow, we ordered a bottle of Prosecco, when the bottle was brought over the waitress only filled a quarter of the glass up then left. I did also make a special request that it was a ‘birthday occasion’ for my girlfriend and that a birthday dessert would’ve been fab. However, this obviously wasn’t acknowledged which was slightly disappointing, as the couple next to us had this arranged for them!

Pathetic service. Come on guys, if I order a still and sparkling water and you decide to keep it in a bucket behind me, try to refill it when our glasses are empty or just leave it on our table. Same with the cocktails, had to wave for our waitress to come ask for a repeat of our drinks. Food was good but based on the lackluste service, not worth returning
