Created to deliver the best in food, drinks and vibes to Washington DC, Kitchen + Kocktails is here to please. A dynamic comfort food restaurant at its core, Kitchen + Kocktails will focus on nicely plated comfort foods, including flavored fried chicken and lobster tails, shrimp and grits, creative waffles and other southern classics made with a twist.

Parties of 9+ call: 312-513-3606 between the hours of 8am to 7pm.

If you are past the 15 minute grace period your reservation will be forfeited then you will be accommodated as a walk-in.

The customer service of the waitress was excellent! The organization of the restaurant was poor! Set time limits for dinning so that your reservations do not have to wait.

Absolutely horrible trying to get a table. Even with reservations, still had to wait an hour for a table. No apology, accommodations given or anything. Food wasn’t bad but doesn’t make up for the long wait.

I was very disappointed with my New Year’s Eve experience at Kitchen & Kocktails. I had a 9:15 PM reservation but wasn’t seated until 10:15 PM. To make matters worse, it took another 10 minutes before a server even came to offer us water. The entire atmosphere was chaotic, with a circus theme that included dancers and videographers creating unnecessary commotion. Unfortunately, the chaotic environment matched the type of service I received disorganized and subpar. This was not the level of service I’ve come to expect from Kitchen & Kocktails, as I’ve dined here before and had much better experiences. I hope this was just a one off mishap, but it left a bad impression for such a special occasion.

We were seated in the basement, nightclub section for dinner. The noise level was fine. The waitresses were nice, not extremely attentive and forgot us a few times, but still nice. The food was overall good, but absolutely not worth the price. I got the shrimp and grits, flavor was fine, the grits were under seasoned, but the shrimp still had the tails still on. For $33, I shouldn’t have to pick the tails off my shrimp. Cocktails were also fine, but WAY overpriced, they also don’t offer any beer (drafts or bottles). The ambiance was nice, but I wouldn’t return there for dinner.

Good experience food secerly overpriced also dont tell you gratuity is included and give you the bull and ask for additional tip

I didn’t like the fact of our waffles being cold when everything else was nice and hot not to mention dough was not cooked thoroughly and not being able to see our bill before paying a gratuity of a three party group on top of adding a tip to see my bill higher than the food that was eaten….

We had a reservation at 11:00am for Sunday Brunch, but arrived at 11:02am 😲 Upon entry, we were seated right away. The waitress came about 2 mins. and started us with drinks and water. Our food didn’t take long to come out. I ordered the Traditional Chicken and Waffles without the caramel sauce. Everything was good. The ambience was great! The price was affordable.

Made reservations didn’t get seated until 45 minutes after my reservation time. Was taken to a lounge area to wait. Once finally got seated the waitress was super nice and gave us some suggestions on food and drinks since it was our first time there. Overall the food was worth the wait!!! Ten outta Ten HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
