Created to deliver the best in food, drinks and vibes to Charlotte, NC , Kitchen + Kocktails is here to please. A dynamic comfort food restaurant at its core, Kitchen + Kocktails will focus on nicely plated comfort foods, including flavored fried chicken and lobster tails, shrimp and grits, creative waffles and other southern classics made with a twist.

Parties of 5+ call: 312-659-1951 between the hours of 8am to 7pm.

If you are past the 15 minute grace period your reservation will be forfeited then you will be accommodated as a walk-in.

Proper Dress Attire Required.

Let me start by saying the food was good. However, they need to tighten up on the service considering the price. It seems to be worthless to make a reservation. We made a reservation and still had to wait an hr. Once seated we had to wait another hr for our food. Once the food came it was good. Our waitress was also nice. Also they need to invest in higher chairs for the high top tables. It doesn't make for a comfortable experience. When the chairs are too lpw for the tables.. It shouldn't cost the establishment much money purchase higher chairs?

This was the first experience for me and my wife. We had reservations after an event at the Harvey Gantt. The reservation was for 8:45 and while it was very busy, we were seated as soon as we arrived. We didn't have to wait long before our server came to church on us. Kira was very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. The salmon bites appetizers were pretty amazing. The drinks were good, but my only feedback is that they're a little expensive. $21 for a Moscow mule. The entrees were also top tier. The ambiance was great. The live music was still going when we arrived, then it switched to recorded. Great vibe, people, food, and drinks. My new, favorite spot.

First and foremost this place was beautiful & food sa ssooo good! Now, the service was so crappy.. first the staff that was suppose to seat me, had me wait 45 mins AFTER MY RESERVATION ! Then when I had to ask she forgot about me standing there!, Once at my table I placed an order to go with my meal. They. Brought it out before our food actually came.! Then I didn’t have any where to put the to go order & asked could the sever place it somewhere else, my server walked off and said he had no where to put it! Follow up with us being ignored & waiting to pay our bill forever. I hate that my bday experience was so horrible because the food was so good😩

The food contains a high amount of sodium. Heavy on the salt in all of the dishes.

Absolutely over priced! I love to support black owned businesses: I’ve been in Charlotte my whole life but I will NEVER go back! Chicken was under cooked, fries were cold. It was during brunch hours so the food shouldn’t be a problem. One patron shot was $20! So disappointed! I can buy a bottle for $20! No hookah, not much of an experience or vibe. Trash! Never again. A friend of mine tried to warn me, I should have listened. Manager didn’t bother to show her face to my table when we sent our food back. This is why I don’t support black owned businesses. Complete disgraceful service.

The service we had was good I can’t remember her name It started with an A. But the restaurant itself is beautiful and clean. Very art appealing and the bar is beautiful as well. Everything meets the eye but the table behind us was so loud and laughing out of the world. It was bothering. Like the whole hour and a half we were there they cackled and screamed. The food was good. For the prices it should be amazing but my mom’s grits came out cold after 45 mins of waiting… which is a bummer it’s her birthday. And the macaroni tastes like velvetta cheese in my opinion but the yams & cornbread is worth another trip along with the chicken.
