Created to deliver the best in food, drinks and vibes to Charlotte, NC , Kitchen + Kocktails is here to please. A dynamic comfort food restaurant at its core, Kitchen + Kocktails will focus on nicely plated comfort foods, including flavored fried chicken and lobster tails, shrimp and grits, creative waffles and other southern classics made with a twist.

Parties of 5+ call: 312-659-1951 between the hours of 8am to 7pm.

If you are past the 15 minute grace period your reservation will be forfeited then you will be accommodated as a walk-in.

Proper Dress Attire Required.

The greeters and especially Ronnie were extremely friendly. Ronnie was also very attentive! The food, drinks and desserts were excellent! My family is visiting from NYC, and they loved it!

Getting seated was VERY SLOW even with having a reservation. Getting food was even slower. By slower, I mean we waited over an hour for two appetizers and an entree that were all ordered together for TWO people. No special orders. The menu items are overpriced and basically a la carte. Our server was basically non-existent. The best thing I can say is that the food was hot, but nothing that stood out from flavor, presentation or nuance. We will not be returning.

Went here with my husband for an anniversary dinner. It the food and drink were really good, just a bit pricey. Our server, Jayla, was amazing.

Great customer service and the food was absolutely delicious. Loved the live DJ and the ambiance was amazing. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Bad - Reservation was 830pm and got seated around 9:15 pm - waitress didn’t provide efficient service. Checked on twice in 1hr + period - food was brought out cold Good - the gentlemen who were dealing with the customers outside absolutely did their jobs well to ensure customers were checked in and apologized for the wait time - ambience/vibe is always nice in K&K For the price of the drinks and food you want to receive awesome customer service and the food has to be hot. I think because this is a newer K&K they are learning and systems take time to build. Hopefully things will be better next time. Restaurant has potential to be great.

I made a reservation for 8:15 and wasn't seated to 9:40. Once we finally got seated it took another hour to receive our food. I order the jerk chicken, Mac cheese, and yams. The jerk chicken was dry it need a jerk sauce on it, and the yams tasted like they were can yams, for the price they should have been home made. I did love the drinks tho.
