Created to deliver the best in food, drinks and vibes to Charlotte, NC , Kitchen + Kocktails is here to please. A dynamic comfort food restaurant at its core, Kitchen + Kocktails will focus on nicely plated comfort foods, including flavored fried chicken and lobster tails, shrimp and grits, creative waffles and other southern classics made with a twist.

Parties of 5+ call: 312-659-1951 between the hours of 8am to 7pm.

If you are past the 15 minute grace period your reservation will be forfeited then you will be accommodated as a walk-in.

Proper Dress Attire Required.

Everything was very salty and my meal came out cold. When I got the replacement it was so salty I could not eat it but I did not want to send it back again so I packed it up and threw it away when I got back to the hotel.

Made a reservation for Sunday brunch but didn’t get seated until 45 minutes after my reservation time. Not only did we have to wait outside the entire time, we missed the brunch time window due to the long delay! Once seated, our waiter Ty, was attentive and the food was delicious, but there really needs to be a better process in place for accommodating those with reservations.

Food was really good atmosphere was good beautiful place. My waiter was great ,Only thing I had a minor problem with my reservations was at 12:30 and I did not get seated to 1 o’clock .

Very nice atmosphere. They didn’t have rice to accommodate my oxtails & my oxtails were burnt they were out of several Other things I wanted but it’s a very pretty restaurant lean and Sunday’s are definitely a vibe

The food was good. The service was great! The peach cobbler drink was AMAZING! We had a 7pm reservation but didn’t get seated until around 7:20pm. That was a major downside as we made the reservation with the expectation that we would be seated at that time. There is a 20% gratuity added on all checks. We were unaware but we usually tip 20% anyway so it wasn’t a huge deal….just FYI. Overall, it was a decent experience but I do not feel that the prices made sense for some of the items since they do not come with sides. Also, there seemed to be an upcharge for everything.

Absolute waste of money. $23 for a 6oz margarita, service was horrible as they add 20% tip on check so no reason for waitress to provide attention. Appetizer came out after dinner with their apologies and the fried cauliflower is inedible as salt level was through the roof.

Food was great overall , service was great overall. Security guy named “Fam” was super rude at the door. That process of standing in line like I’m entering a club is less than desirable And that one guy in security they need to let him go… his attitude is horrible Towards new guests, who have questions about the process of actually getting seated and entering the restaurant. I literally almost left Because this guy was rude for absolutely no reason I still really don’t understand it, but because my mom was with me, I didn’t want to ruin the experience for her. I will most likely return, but definitely not on the weekend if I have to stand in line like I’m entering a club
