Loved this place- pleasantly surprised by how good the food was! Service was top notch, every one was friendly and attentive. We came back 3 times on our trip!!

Generally the experience was OK. The place itself is funky and kind of cool. Server, Jorge, was attentive, but not very engaging. Food was very edible with good portion size. Coconut Shrimp app was really good. It just didn’t feel like a $100 dinner.

I didn’t realize it was a hotel bar/restaurant. It definitely had old 70’s Hawaii vibe. Was a nice break from the areas’ other beach restaurant (Whalers Bay) hustle and bustle. Took some nice sunset pictures nearby at the beach. But anyone claiming this is a hidden gem with 5 star food is friends or family. It was ok and a decent option if others don’t work out. In the end, everybody ate and was happy.

This was a new experience eating at Kitchen 5315!! Our reservation was for 6:30pm. Not many customers were there. But by 7:00pm customers started arriving. The setting was very relaxing, service was spectacular, selection of menu items made it hard to choose but what we decided upon was wonderful!! It was a memorable evening! Recommend highly!!

Food was tasty! We had the shrimp tacos, Kalua pork quesadilla, and chicken tacos. Would definitely recommend!

Very good service! The calamari was very good! The entrees were great - highly recommend the pulled pork and Hawaiian plate! The burger was outstanding!

This was the worst restaurant experience we’ve had on any of our trips to any of the islands. We arrived for our 6 pm reservation on time and were seated. It was 10 minutes before the waitress stopped to get our drink orders. Another 10 and she got our food orders, at which time we asked where our drinks were. They came another 10 minutes later. Then we waited…. And waited… and waited. After we had been there a full hour and no food had come, I asked the young lady bussing the tables to check on our waitress or food. This young lady (who was NOT our waitress) came back and said our dinner plates were ready but not the appetizer. So I told her to bring the dinners and cancel the appetizer. She brought 2 dinner plates- too bad they weren’t ours. Then she took them back and told us that they had sent my dinner to another table and would we mind waiting. She again told us that we could get the appetizer in 5-10 more minutes. Right at this point our waitress showed up for the first time in 45 minutes asking if we wanted another drink. We were exasperated and said no- just to cancel the whole order since they couldn’t even bring us any food. There were no apologies. No manager. No offer to comp the drinks. Nothing. The only helpful person was the teenaged busser, and it wasn’t even her job. We did leave $ on the table for the drinks. Lucky we had some cash since they never brought a tab or anything. No acknowledgment of us at all. Save your money and your time and go elsewhere.

This was the cutest restaurant with an amazing happy hour deal! We celebrated my birthday and the staff made us feel so special, would definitely recommend checking this place out!
