KITARO Surf & Turf & Sushi is a 4000 sq. ft. restaurant that has seating for 140, large bar, patio dining for 40, and a private dining room that will seat 50. You will find the atmosphere modern and alive with energy. Our expanded bar will offer full service cocktails, fine wine, sake and handcrafted cocktails. We open 7 days a week.
Executive Chef and owner John Kitaro has over 30 years’ experience specializing in preparation of exquisite sushi dishes. He brings to your table not only the best sushi, but also stunning presentations of each dish that comes to your table.
Our new and expanded menu successfully marries extraordinary cuisine in an exquisite setting. Asian Fusion creations, a large selection of top quality steaks, lobster, sushi & much more. We believe that we have created the best of both Modern Asian cuisine and an upscale steakhouse for your dining pleasure.

We made reservations for Valentine's Day. We had checked out the full menu online and had kind of decided what we would order. Nowhere during making the reservation did it say that there would be a "limited menu" to chose from on Valentine's Day. We were both very disappointed to find out that this was the case as neither one of the meals we had picked ahead of time were available on the limited menu. We had to choose from what was already available...(strike one). Kitaro should have made this clear when making the reservation. My wife ordered DiSarono Amaretto for her drink and was told that they didn't have that...(strike two). We couldn't just leave and go somewhere else without a reservation on a holiday. What we did get to eat was good, but not wjat we had anticipated. The server was fantastic though. Also, Kitaro added a mandatory 20% gratuity...(strike three)..."ur out ! ) Honestly, I always leave 20% gratuity for a server...even not so good ones...sometimes I leave more. I don't appreciate this policy for a party of (2). I can understand some restaurants having this policy for parties of (6) or more...but for (2) ? It is for these reasons that we won't be returning to this restaurant in the future.

Food was delicious. Service was great. Food came out promptly on a busy Saturday night. Drinks were always full. Sushi was out of this world. Best Spicy Tuna roll around. Beef Bulgogi dumplings were delicious and everyone loved the wild Jalapeño. Monster and King Kong are a couple of our favorites also.

Great dinner at Kitaro! Thanks to our waiter Chris for a great evening, excellent service! We celebrated Valentine’s Day a week early - what a great relaxing, delicious dinner. Started off with Asian Pear Martinis along with 2 appetizers, edamame and pork gyozas, then enjoyed our 2 favorite rolls -Crabby Joe and the Hawaiian. We tried a new roll (to us) - Ocean Drive - highly recommended! Thanks Kitaro!

We've dined at this establishment several times. It's always an amazing experience. The food is great. I always bring someone new & introduce them to the crab rangoon.

Our second time. Much better seating (in the bar area now). The host (manager/owner?) was friendly, our waiter was very friendly and provided excellent service. Our appetizer ('2025" special) was absolutely delicious. The same for my wife's Maki roll, while my seafood ramen was just ok. The sushi here is high priced but mouthwatering, still need to find out how good the entrees are. Will do that next time.

The server was very nice and tended to us with whatever we needed. The atmosphere was definitely great I would recommend for a date forsure and the food was bomb

The food was extremely well prepared. The sushi was fresh. The portions were decent. Size prices were a little more than I would’ve expected to pay for the general items on the menu for the special items and knew the prices were probably as expected.
