We had an amazing time at this location! Food was fantastic, especially the Waygu. Service was a bit slow but everyone was friendly!

Group of 9 celebrating birthday on Sunday afternoon lunch. Arrived 1:30pm and given a long table for our group in a semi private area at the very back. Service was attentive and the server was also accommodating. I didn’t get her name as I didn’t see any name tag. The price for Happy Hour really helps alot in terms of budgeting our meals. We went all the way and for 9 pax - our bill with Happy Hour discount for food & drinks was truly a happy hour for everyone who came dining there. We normally go to this place when we’re around the area and will go again in the future.

we had a great friends reunion at Oxford Circus branch. set menu for 4 was just right with lots of different food and staffs there were very nice and friendly although we showed up 30min early! I thought pricing of food and drinks were very reasonable for BBQ.

I like this place and visit regularly but it can be very frustrating sometimes.... The food is always good and the concept is great, you cook yourself so always to your liking and the marinades are all excellent. The problem is that they are always understaffed and so you are constantly chasing for service. Also, the have turned up the music so no its quite hard to be heard and mistakes get made. We actually had to ask for the music to be turned down because we couldn't hold a conversation. If they fix the service, then they would hit top marks every time.

I’ll be going back next week 😂. The food was incredible. The noise level is perfect so you can actually hear who you’re eating with. Staff are friendly.

They were very accommodating. We had book for 7pm but arrived over an hour early but was allowed in and had a meal. We have had experience of eating out in Japan which was always top notch but did not expect such similar service in London. The food was also great and very tasty. I thought the bill was a little high for 2 people but my wife and I did has a bit to eat. Will be returning.
