I have never left a place feeling so satisfied after eating! It was honestly the best dining experience and food I have had, especially in London! I would recommend this as a place for anybody to visit! The meat was so fresh and the cuts were perfect, the vegetables were lovely, the rice amazing, the flavours were out of this world! I whole vibe was outstanding! I can’t wait to visit again. I can’t describe how good it was here, we all loved it so so much! 10/10 for everything! Pay this place a visit please, you’ll be greeted by friendly staff and a warm smile and welcome! We would all like to send out thanks and appreciation to everyone working!

Have been here multiple times, good as always. The service was unfortunately rushed and is declined a bit during the last few times.

The food was amazing, and love the style of cooking the food yourself on the table, but you don't get a lot for your money, but overall it was really nice.

Great service, great food, good value on happy hour! Excellent handing of different orders and Seperate bill payments without even having to request! Love KINTAN and look forward to coming back. Highly recommend

I left a note when booking mentioning we will be celebrating birthday. The staff secretly prepared a case with candle. So sweet!

Tasty food, quite expensive, service was lacklustre but adequate, went with the teenagers so was a fun way to eat a meal, you do pay for it, London prices.

5th time returning. The silver buffet is great but a shame the beef rice and garlic fried rice are on the gold menu, leaving just plain rice on silver. Otherwise Kintan is one of my favourite restaurants in London

Took my 2 kids (11 and 13) there over half term and had a decent time. Loved the food, great quality and the interactivity of cooking together is really fun. We also really enjoyed the music and overall setting. The service was terrible though! Had to chase for everything, and not a single server said more than a word to us. We've been to Japanese/Korean BBQ before so knew what to do, otherwise we would've been completely clueless. Dangerous given that they just chuck raw meat at you! The laminated menus were also tired, dirty, and in desperate need of replacing. The real sting in the tail, though, is the 12.5% service charge tacked on. I paid it, simply because I had no idea when I may have had the chance to grab an indifferent server to have the bill amended. Look, they were busy, but we truly felt invisible. On our way out, the hostess was sat at the bar, scrolling through her phone, without even a glance at us. For £150, we felt cheated out of basic hospitality.

Great food, service needed refining. We were left waiting at reception before entry table service also a bit slow however food and drinks are great for the price. Would still go back
