The food was very good! The meats were seasoned nicely and I liked the garlic fried rice. The service whilst friendly, just slow. Took a few nudges to get our rice and water. Otherwise, I would go again

It was a nice experience with the Mrs. I did most of the cooking lol. You waitor served us. I forgot his name( young black guy). Walked us through the menu. We started talking about Saki. Really nice guy and pleasant. He even mixed our rice for us. Whoever he was. Cool dude. I'll be back I think

Service was amazing. Food was served quickly and well-prepared. Staff were nice and attentive. Food was delicious! Good value too! Will definitely come back.

Ive always liked kintan. Inflation has caused what used to be great value meal into a good value one. Food was great! Experience was good. Service was a bit strange. We were rushed multiple times to pay the bill when I was still clearly eating. There was no one waiting for our table. Had to ask for water multiple times. Service could be better.

It was my first time visiting Oxford Circus branch and had a great experience there! Great service and lunch menu was such great value too! Food was excellent and generous portion. We’ll definitely go back again

I had to set my own plates, the waitress just put the pile on the table and walked off. No one checked on us, neither asked if we needed anything like water etc. I have asked to remove the service charges and no one has asked me why. that just shows how this restaurant and staff don't care about improving the experience.

Subpar service, we were asked to change tables to accommodate a larger group, without asking I was presented with the bill, very abruptly, as if they wanted us to leave. I wouldn’t return due to the horrible service.

It’s not my first time to dine in. However the experiences last night with the staff who served us wasn’t good. I felt offended giving me the bill while we were having our dessert. This staff needs training on proper communication. I felt like we were asking to leave indirectly. Very rude! She didn’t even apologised I lost my appetite and we decide to leave. We wanted to stay a bit longer though. I will not recommend Kintan to my friends and relatives and I will never dine in again in the future.
