Kintan BBQ was great. Service brilliant and attentive. Very professional and polite and do a great experience from start to finish! Will definitely be returning. Only downside was we didn't book for the happy hour deals! Would've given a 5* all round!

The food is really tasty. The menus are a little confusing but once you work if out, it’s fine and the food was pretty good value.

The food was overall good but the service felt a bit like we were neglected. We asked for water which was forgotten by 3 different waiters and eventually came, one glass at a time. Our grill was very low heat at the start. Then when we asked to increase the heat, the grill started having issues and would turn off by itself. This happened 3 times. We weren't offered any form of compensation. We booked for 8:15 and were seated at around 8:40. We finished around 10:40 due to the grill issues slowing our grilling time.

Appalling Experience I recently visited this restaurant, and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Here's a breakdown of my experience: 1. Cleanliness Issues: The table was filthy when we arrived, and I had to ask for it to be cleaned. Both the plates and glasses were dirty, which is unacceptable. 2. Limited Beverage Options: They only had tap water available—no sparkling or bottled water—which I found very strange for a restaurant. 3. Poor Service: We had to repeatedly ask for basic necessities like water and cutlery. The staff seemed inattentive and unorganized. 4. Under Construction: The dining room was under construction, offering limited seating options in a shabby setting. This should have been disclosed before booking. 5. Heating Issues: The heating was unbearably high, and when we asked for it to be adjusted, we were told it couldn’t be turned down due to the “new” tables—though they certainly didn’t look new. 6. Overcharging: The billing process was appalling. We ordered a menu for two but were charged for each item individually, inflating the bill from £70 to nearly £200. To make matters worse, additional items we didn’t order were added to the bill, and I had to insist on a correction. Having visited this place several times before, I can confidently say this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I won’t be returning, and I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Great location. Great choice of meat and very generous for the buffet menu. We were so full that we don't need to eat dinner and breakfast the following day. Wish the drink menu has more premium drink.

The waiter took too long to attend to me. When I ordered a second drink, I had to chase two staff members to get out. Finally, the lady who served us was more attentive but the damage was already done.

We were sat downstairs, and we had no button to call staff/waiters to us. This made it very difficult to communicate with waiters for issues/ordering more, we'd have to wait 20 minutes at a time. In addition, the food was very expensive for not much volume.

Been here probably hundreds of times & this was the worst occasion. Had to wait 20 mins to be seated after we booked. Food was ok. Some dishes were cold and some never arrived. Staff seemed to avoid tables rather than attend them. This was a shocking g experience for here !!

Kintan itself is an amazing experience. The quality of the food and the enjoyable activity of cooking it are great. However, Kintan in Happy Hour is just an out-of-this-world experience. You are able to save money and still get the best cuts of meat and side dishes. Though it is true you are slightly rushed if you come so late to the restaurant, I think it is a wonderful experience. Would recommend it to anyone who eats meat.
