Established in 2020, King’s Fish House is San Jose’s choice for seafood. Located at the Westfield Valley Fair, King’s Fish House features a large selection of fresh oysters, seasonal catches, sushi and live shellfish, including lobster and crab, on a menu that changes daily.

We’ve been in restaurants a little while – three generations, to be precise. A long time ago, we embarked on a road trip in search of the ultimate seafood experience. We traveled down highways and byways, pulled up a seat, put on bibs and soaked up the seafood experience: the no-name dishes with unforgettable flavor, the fresh-caught oysters and clams piled high, the hand-lettered specials on ancient chalkboards and the savory simmer of every combination of spices imaginable.

Hostess delivered with a great table & Juan Carlos, our server was excellent in every way, friendly, efficient & helpful with that ginormous menu! Seafood & craft cocktails were soooo yummy.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Here is why. 1. Had a weird fishy taste in our mouth after eating here. The shrimp in Chiopino was mushy. The clams were not properly cleaned. Crab was NOT fresh. 2. Service was slow. 3. Restroom had no soup and one of the stalls was blocked up. 4. Too pricey for the quality of food and service they provide. The decoration in the restaurant was pretty though.

The hostess and wait staff were extremely accommodating and efficient, and the food was excellent!

Food is amazing , seems like staff is under-trained for big groups. The grill octopus is phenomenal and so is the Cobb Salad. Server recommended it for two people and they brought it out on two separate plates, since we ordered it as a side.

Server and food was good and we will definitely return. If you are looking for a relaxing dining experience I would order salads/appetizers first then wait until you are close to ready to order the main dish.

The food is amazing. Every time we have been there we always have a great experience. The staff are so friendly and welcoming not to mention one of the managers David. We definitely will be going back.

A very nice casual dining experience! The food was prepared well and the service was excellent. I recommend the restaurant for anyone looking for dining experience that focuses on quality over hype.

I made reservations for our 17th anniversary and we were seated without waiting! Our server took our order right away and we received it quickly. This was great! If you’re looking for a quiet and romantic experience this would not be the place but we love the food. It’s a fun place as everyone is happy. We’ve been there several times and in the past have waited for our food for a long time but it looks like they are more organized now. Good job!
