This was my husband and I first time and it was amazing! Our waiters name was Kevin and he literally made our dining experience the best we’ve had in a long time. He smiled every time he came and he was very knowledgeable about the menu items. He assisted us on getting tokens for the gaming area so we stayed after dining to play games for a while. Best experience and would definitely come back with our family and friends.

I am rating as a one star only because it won’t allow me to do zero stars. I am extremely upset with this venue. We had a group of 8 for a group outing for our company. I made a reservation online on OpenTable weeks in advance. I even called twice to not only confirm the reservation but update when the number of guest had changed. We had signed up for dine and bowl so we were going to eat untill our lanes were ready. Fast forward to 3 and a half hours later and our lanes still weren’t ready! We were left with ruined plans. Everyone had to go because it had gotten late and we didn’t even get to bowl which was the whole point. The food took that long to come out and everyone’s food was cold. On top of all of that the customer service was horrible and the managers did nothing to address our issues. No one in our party will ever go there again. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!

Didnt know this was part of a bowing alley. Food was good but for some reason half our table got food 15 minutes after the other half. Would go back for sure. Next will also bowl.

Service was terrible. We were there for my mother’s birthday dinner and I think we all would’ve been more satisfied dining at McDonald’s. Food was GROSS. Three people in our party didn’t even receive their food after an entire 1 hr and 30 minutes. When asked, the waitress said don’t worry about it because the kitchen was so backed up. We left. I never ate because my pizza looked like play dough. We were supposed to stay for bowling but we just decided to leave. Never again.

I would have given it a 5 star rating, but it felt like the AC was not working. Then they opened the big glass doors to the outside which made it even hotter. I was there with a group of 12 and the last thing you want is to be sweating when trying to celebrate your birthday. This was not just the dining area it was also in the bowling area.
