Very disappointing. Very loud band across street made conversation impossible. Our request to move inside was ignored. One of my oysters was bad. Server offered to replace, which we declined but no apology or adjustment to bill. My salad was fine, as was the Nashville hot chicken. Drinks were excellent.

A terribly loud band drove our party of four away before we were done eating/drinking and ordering more.

The oysters were excellent. Even though they had 12 varieties, their rule is that you have to order them in 3’s. So, a Half-dozen can only be two varieties. The salmon dish was excellent. But, their price for drinks astonished me. Sapphire Gin Martini, $20 and Macallen 12 scotch $28. I didn’t ask the price in advance so was quite surprised. Remarkably, they don’t validate parking and it is upwards of $11. Service was excellent as waitress was very friendly and helpful.

I've given great reviews for this restaurant previously, however, our recent visit was AWFUL! We were seated and sat for at least 10 minutes and no one ever acknowledged us. We decided to leave and I spoke with the manager to let her know why we were leaving. Manager 'Carrie' responded with a nonchalant 'okay.' She made no attempt to rectify the situation. Needless to say, we will not return again. It used to be our 'go to' restaurant, but there are many other very good restaurants in the area with much better management and customer service. And those restaurants are where hubby and I choose to spend our money. Good bye, KSOB!

Definitely will return. Atmosphere is nice but a bit on the sterile side. Everyone was polite but lacking that "we're really happy to see you" feeling. We had the ceviche, steamed clams, a dozen oysters and a lobster roll. With a daughter on the New England coast, our lobster roll standard is pretty high. The lobster was a tad over cooked and the roll wasn't the light, fluffy, buttery roll we like. But the oyster selection was great as were the clams and ceviche and there are lots of other things we're determined to try.
