I’ve dined here a few times and the service from Rory and his team is always exemplary. I’m looking forward to returning again soon.

Friendly staff. Owner/chef explained how to crack the red claw properly! Food very good.

Place was nicely set out. The food was amazing, especially the fried bread to dip into the sauces. Would recommend getttin the Cajun and garlic sauce - unreal!!

I will give 0/5 stars if I could. Why? Read below. First of all my partner and I, along with our infant booked for a valentines dinner stating that we needed a big space and easy access as we have a big pram. We arrived and the host would like us to sit at far behind the restaurant. Mind you there is not much space for people to go through, much more for a pram. Secondly, our booking is at 18:30. We were just a tad (few mins) late - less than 5mins due to the parking but as we got seated, it took more than 30mins for the server to take our order. We asked a waitress (who looked very overwhelmed and seems like a newbie in hospitality) to take our order but we were answered by "i will take it later". But she seems to have forgotten about us, as well as the other staff. The host, then seemed to remember that we have been waiting for far too long, so she took our order. However, for a person who is working there, she does not know the menu of by heart. Asking if the drink I ordered is a cocktail. Thirdly, while waiting for our food. It came after 1hour and 30mins. Overall, I think the place need to have more staffs- chefs, waitresses who are experienced. And to have better management in looking after the clients. A lot of clients went and left as they were waiting for far too long and not getting served. We left after 8pm and STILL a lot of tables are still waiting for their food. CRAZY. NEVER AGAIN.

We’ve been a few times now and each time has been great but on Valentine’s Day it wasn’t the best. The tables were so so close together that I felt like we were on a triple date. I understand it busy but customers pay a lot of money and that was just weird for Valentine’s Day. Also the food we ordered was the crab in a bag and it didn’t come in a bag, we were asked if we wanted it in a bag after it had come out but we gave it a go and just didn’t think it wasn’t that flavourful. When the crab isn’t soaked in the butter in a bag it goes cold pretty easily. But other than that the service was great and the drinks were delicious.

Arrived for lunch. Beer on tap not available, Chiller not working. Ordered a steak, 2 Barramundi in beer batter, 1 x King Crab. The barra was small portions and below what one would be served at the local fish n chip joint. Very poor for a restaurant. King crab, don't waste your $125 here. Soft shell so difficult to extract the flesh. Flesh was dry. Seemed to be microwaved to heat up. This establishment is in a residential 'money' is no object area. Maybe that's why only 3 diners on a Sunday compared to just a few doors down they were was full up. The locals must know. We will never return.

Obviously understaffed on the night, felt bad for them but end of day still paying top dollar for ordinary dining experience.

The restaurant ended up being closed despite being sent multiple confirmations about our booking.

Small portion size big price, I had the king crab Atlantic not what I expected the lobster nd crab roll needs more meat for that price very small roll, seafood boil does mot compare to the many other similar places especially for that price. Disappointed wasted $300 on 3 below average meals not worth the money.
