This restaurant, situated among the branches and lush nature, offers a unique dining experience with panoramic views of the Tulum jungle. Distinguished by its attentive and professional service, Kin-Toh aims for each guest to enjoy a memorable and enriching experience.
Reservations can be modified on Open Table 24 hours in advance; otherwise, a cancellation fee of $1000 MXN per person will be charged.
15 minutes of tolerance for reservation time.
The use of professional cameras and drones is prohibited.

Elegant casual dress code (no swimsuits, high heels not recommended).

Terrible! Power went out! It’s 2024 it doesn’t matter if you want to conserve energy or being surrounded in nature people pay money for this. And the power goes out and it’s not the first time.

We booked a breakfast reservation at Kin Toh. Apparently Kin Toh is only open for dinner so breakfast was at Elixik which was not relayed to me in any confirmation communication. Similar vibes but not what I thought I was booking. We were told there was a $600 peso minimum and were charged before we even ordered and when we went to pay noticed it was actually $600 per person which also would have been good to know. We knew it was going to be on the more expensive side so we stayed. The food was not good. I got simple waffles and it tasted worse than a frozen eggo. My husband specifically asked for no pico on his dish and the waiter repeated back “yes, no tomato” and there were tomatoes all over his dish. During our entire meal, a bunch of people came in with cameras and seemed to be filming something promotional but were constantly moving around us and moving the copal incense to where it was blowing right in our faces (usually we love this smell but not in our face during a meal). After this we were told we still had credit to meet the minimum spend so we ordered some smoothies to go. After about 40 minutes, we were wondering where the smoothies were and asked our waiter as at this point we were ready to leave. We noticed a bunch of food coming out for the photographers before ours which was frustrating. Our waiter just gave some excuse about everything being made fresh and made sure to mention that we could leave a tip for him and the guys. We spoke to the manager? and he wasn’t really any help. He apologized and offered to get us reservations at one of their other restaurants but I wasn’t interested in any more of their food. He did not offer to credit anything back and seemed to not “understand” when we asked for a portion of the check back. This place is extremely overrated. There are much better places in Tulum that look almost exactly the same with better service and better food.

Miguel and Keneth provided us with a memorable evening. Food was amazing. Drinks were delicious. Environment was unmatched. Will definitely be back.

We went to the sunset experience and the ambience and views are breathtaking. But regarding the restaurant, the food is pricey and very small portions.

Overrated… una trampa para turistas. He ido 3 veces. Y las 3 había pensado que había tenido mala suerte con la anterior, pero no. Lamentable.

All’interno del ristorante dopo aver pagato il museo e farti delle foto si devono pagare altri soldi e i camerieri ti seguono per dirti non puoi fare le foto lì, qui non Va bene, Insomma prezzi assurdi e personale invadente sconsigliato… solo l’ambiente è bellissimo

Beautiful place, or I would say amazing one. Very good food and nice people, very friendly but line of strange bad service. They never went to our table to see if we needed something else, never asked if we wanted to order drinks, never brought napkins, I have to stand up two times to look for my waiter and they served our food a bit cold. That’s because dishes were ready and they didn’t bring it straight to our table. That’s the difference between top restaurants and ones that have everything to be one but they have all these service flaws. It could have been a great experience.

En general bien pero a mi parecer está sobre valorado el Precio costo sabor , los Postres una delicia pero las entradas y platos fuerte pueden ser de mayor calidad y sabor . Ahora bien fue cena y a las 11 en punto que cierran nos apagaron l música y parte de las luces , entendemos que hay un horario pero no es nada barato como para que te apresuren y hagan eso, eso estuvo realmente incómodo
