Located on the corners of Washington and Union Street at the Biltmore Garage. Kin Southern Table + Bar is a full service restaurant offering classic Southern + Soul dishes. Dive into a symphony of flavors that tell stories of tradition and love. From mouthwatering collard greens to golden-fried chicken that speaks to the soul, each dish is a tribute to heritage.

Friday and Saturday nights, we are open for Kin After Hours until 12am and 1am. During this time, we offer a limited food menu and cocktails. There's typically a DJ on Saturday nights.

Please note that we add a 20% automatic gratuity for parties of 5 or more guests.

Great place, nice music and a great vibe! But sorry to say the food was such a disappointment. We got the chicken and waffle as well as the salmon with Mack -and- cheese and potato salad. The chicken appeared to be triple fried and just over fried in general and The waffle was dry and hard. The salmon was charred but edible especially because I was starving! The mac & cheese had no taste at all and it was oily and the potato salad was overloaded with mustard visibly and it was the same even with the first bite. The waitress (Maria D) was really nice and attentive from the moment we sat down. To make long story short we didn’t have the best experience with the food, but because of her professionalism and reassurance with how services usually go with the food we were willing to give it a try again another time. Hopeful for the next trip! Sorry( fingers crossed)

Menu had good variety, we shared two orders of wings (8 pc app), plantains, yucca fries, and chicken sliders, was more food than needed for three people. Personally prefer wings not breaded, but they were good and sauces really yummy. Chicken sliders were fine, not as flavorful as expected.

Great food. Best fried chicken in Rhode Island. My friend from DC joined me and keeps talking about the chicken.

Cozy spot, great for brunch with friends. Honey garlic wings are a must and the guava mimosa was so good!

We tried this cozy place before a show and are so glad we did! The food (wings, chicken, cornbread, Mac and cheese) and drinks (Auntie’s Kool Aid) were all delicious. The owner stopped by our table to chat and she’s lovely. Check it out!

Great spot in Providence! The food was great, and the staff was super friendly - an awesome place to go for a casual dinner or drinks with friends while out on the town. The restaurant opens up to the street, so on nice days you'll get fresh air, patio dining, and great people watching opportunities! Best fried chicken I've had in a long time 🤓

The ambience is cute and fun however the service was not that great. The food took over an hour between the appetizers and meal. We got there around 6ish with a reservation and do not leave until 10pm. On the plus side the bartender was great she kept checking on us and entertained.
