Kiln is a small restaurant in the heart of the Ouseburn. We make everything ourselves and push to be better than the day before.

We serve brunch every morning from 10am to 2:45pm.

Our Mediterranean & Middle Eastern inspired tapas style menu is served from 5pm to 9:30pm.

Our great coffee, homemade cakes and cocktails are served all day - and we’re dog friendly!

Please inform the staff of any allergies when booking & due to the nature of our menu please note we cannot accommodate anyone with a severe nut or sesame allergy.

We went early evening. Not too busy but a lovely atmosphere of tunes and people and buzz. Food simple and everything delicious. Very good. Flatbread fresh and warm. Everything beautifully presented. Service was fun and efficient, with banter. We had a great time. Looking forward to the next visit b

As always, service and food were excellent. We enjoy sharing the food and trying different dishes. One of the best food experiences in Newcastle with family or friends.

We had a great evening here easter Saturday. Family group of us age ranges 21-61. Atmosphere was lovely, staff great and food delicious! We'll definitely be back.

My first time at Kiln and I will definitely be back. A huge thanks to our waiter as well. Lovely guy, so friendly and attentive.

Excellent food as always especially lamb kofta and potatoes with zhoug. A bit cramped as the refurbishment goes ahead but plans sound great.

Can’t ever fault Kiln, have been every birthday for 4 years and whenever I can in between! Love my, attentive staff, incredible food and drinks! So thankful it exists

The food is delicious and the staff are brilliant. We ordered too much and would've taken up the offer of having it boxed up to take home but we were moving on for drinks. We'll definitely be back here!
