Embracing the hospitality and spirit of the Greek islands, Kiki on the River is heralded for it's meticulously-scuffed elegance that only a windswept waterfront garden can provide. On weekdays, join us for romantic waterfront dining by celebrated Chef Steve Rhee. On weekends kicking off Friday nights, Mykonos comes to Miami with a live DJ and a party atmosphere featuring a festive soundtrack, twirling napkins, and dancing that will make you say “opa!”

Excelente servicio! No nos gusto que al reservar colocamos que queríamos mesa afuera (fumadores), le mostramos la confirmación y nos dijeron que las reservas no eran admitidas para esta area.

Lovely place for dinner the vibes were excellent. I must go back for the dining and party experience...must mention the food and staff was exceptional also

Will never, ever come to this establishment again. EVER. First of all, 2 of my friends weren’t not allowed in for their shoes (having to go purchase new ones) while there was a woman in the party right after us who had the same shoes on, but she was allowed in. My two friends were African American and the woman who was allowed in was White. Seeing the situation first hand was very disheartening. This is truly no coincidence. Secondly, the service at our table was HORRIBLE, because there was none. We legit sat at our table for 30 minutes without a single person checking on us. Tried to flag down every person in the restaurant and still nothing. We couldn’t even get a menu. Truly unbelievable. Fortunately for us, a waiter from the table next to ours came to take our order after we begged him. The guy who was actually supposed to wait our table only came by AFTER our food was brought out. What a joke. He refused to come and take the orders as he was indulging in a party across from our table. Kiki will never see any of us again. What a truly forgettable experience! To bring my friends to this establishment for the first time for her birthday and get this kind of experience was very dispiriting and appalling. Our group felt very dismissed the entire night. We were expecting much better service. It is honestly very disappointing. Everyone has their own experiences, but I just won’t be recommending any of my friends or family to this restaurant. I will also report the entire situation to BBB!

The food was great, the waiters are great, the plates were broken on the sides. The most disappointing part were the hosts - so careless. I was pregnant and was visiting from CA, so the host did not even mention that our table is in smoking area while there were plenty available tables in non smoking area. I did not know it was allowed to smoke in this restaurant, and I was in the middle of having dinner when people start smoking. I had to rush finishing my food and leave. Hosts should consider the condition and needs of the customer and offer options and informing the customers about smoking especially when they see you are pregnant. When we told the host why we weren’t informed and were set in smoking area she did not even apologize was just starring as I don’t even care. Won’t go there second time although the food and our waiter were great.

The restaurant is beautiful, the service is outstanding, but that’s it. The food was mediocre, we ordered a main, and created a main by ordering an appetizer with a side. The main was a pasta bolognese that was priced at a point where there should be something special about it, but it was a basic pasta with a glob of yogurt. I ordered the octopus and Greek French fries, the octopus was oily with some pieces tough as gum, and some pieces were soft. The fries were cold. The baklava we had was cold in the center Baklava should never ever be cold anywhere…. We eat out often and have no qualms about spending money, but only if you get your money’s worth. This is not the case here. Our main complaint is the music. It is way way too loud. We’re talking club level loud. As far as we could see, this is a restaurant, we didn’t notice a dance floor. It made conversation very difficult and there are speakers at nearly every table.

Dinner was excellent, bartender over charged my credit card for $1500. I called for manager and sent an email. No one had yet to return my messages.

Every time im in Miami I always have to make it to Kiki on the river, it’s definitely a must go spot. The only thing i don’t like is how difficult they make the dress code, which i understand to a certain extent, but this time they didn’t allow my boyfriend to enter in and he was in a designer outfit and white nice sneakers, and all because of his shoes not being “ dressy “ or loafers they told us he’d have to change and come back, so we had to Uber all the way back to our hotel which was 25min away and back again just because of his shoes. I think that’s pretty ridiculous considering he was pretty well dressed up.

Decided to try this established hot spot in Miami to see what the buzz was all about. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the view, the martini’s were spectacular, the octopus app we enjoyed was perfectly seasoned. Only drawback I had for this restaurant was the volume of the music in the restaurant. But that could be my age I guess, I like to be able to talk to my date during dinner and not have to yell. Not uncommon in Miami as every restaurant wants to be a night club as well. Overall a good dinner, great service.
