Very disappointing! No need to book as you are treated exactly the same as anyone who walks by and wants a seat. No table was ready when we arrived but fortunately one in the overflow area became available. This is not the main area and definitely doesn’t have the same atmosphere we were looking for. This was a birthday dinner and was looking forward to a special evening with friends but was left disappointed at being squeezed into a side area. The food was good and we had a good evening but don’t go there for a special occasion expecting to have a table even after making a reservation.

Booked a table for 20:30pm in advance on a Saturday night and didn’t get seated until after 9pm. Once seated we were told there was no running water in the venue and we couldn’t order any water to the table. Food was ordered after 30 minutes and arrived hot, tasty and good quality however arrived 20 minutes apart. Drinks were ordered at the same time however and arrived to the table after we had finished food which was disappointing. The customer service was very slow and not up the standard you would expect, wrong drinks were brought over to the table on the second order. Due to the high volume of customers it was very noisy at the venue but overall a nice atmosphere.

We enjoyed our evening. Menu was interesting and food was quite good. But it was the hottest day of the year and it was pretty unbearable at our table. A fan would have helped. Also our table felt too small for the four of us - we like to share food so it took a little juggling. Waiting staff were nice but could could have been more Attentive.
