Pulpo gallego was not as I expected. It was completely fried. Potatoes were hard and almost burned. Lamb and Risotto were okay but did not impress.

I am a frequent customer of KGB and never experienced a delay in service nor food serving like this past saturday I noticed that all employees were new maybe it had to do with that but it was too much when the restaurant was not that full. Also, I noticed that the restaurant was clean nor presentable like in other occassions Ive visited. I hope that the place dont decrease in their excellency and quality of food, service and ambience.

Excellent place to have a nice brunch or dinner, love the vibe and the music. My mom loved the place and she is very picky person. Will recommend and return again soon.

When my sister first suggested to go there, I was hesitant. I have been there before, years ago and I hadn’t been impressed. I am delighted to say, I was in die a wonderful experience in service and in food. Luis gave us attention as if we were his only guests. His suggestions were right on every time. We had great appetizers and my ribeye with the risotto with manchego and sweet plantain was spectacular. The pudding was for dessert was the perfect end to an amazing meal and experience.

Initially I was ecstatic to see the available reservation time at a highly regarded restaurant on short notice for Mother’s Day. I was traveling and got the opportunity to treat my partner, mother and aunt to a nice dinner, (so I thought). We arrived and the ambiance was fine, a bit noisy but on a busy day not unreasonable. The waiter brought out our first appetizer and had absolutely no idea what he was serving. He admitted to being new and when back to ask what appetizer it was…the dumplings were decent. We laughed off the fact that the server had served a dish he didn’t know as a quirky coincidence. Unfortunately it was more of an omen of things to come. I’ll stop myself from itemizing each and every act of poor service but they were many and consecutive. My partners order was completely omitted, incorrect dishes were brought to the table and on two separate occasions I had to ask for water refills as I was absolutely parched. The food that was served correctly was decent. The seared tuna was very good. The worst part of the experience was the apparent indifference by management when our concerns were voiced. I would NOT eat hear again. The food was good but the service was horrid and unprofessional. Sad that this was how I got to spend Mother’s Day with my mom. If you are getting your food to go then maybe it’s worth the expense…but the island has plenty of outstanding culinary options to choose from so why settle for KGB?

This is not the standard we strive for, and we regret that your evening was affected by service issues. We apologize for the new server's mistakes and the management's lack of responsiveness. Your comments about the omitted and incorrect orders, and the delays in refilling water, will be addressed immediately to prevent future occurrences. While we're glad you enjoyed the seared tuna, we know good food alone isn't enough. We hope you might give us another chance to provide the exceptional service you deserve.

Loved the experience for our Mother's Day late lunch. On a day that is usually very hard to get a great meal with outstanding service, they pulled it off beautifully. Appetizers came out super fast, very tasty! Main courses took some time, but not bad. The food flavor was great, portions are perfect! Value and quality there throughout the whole meal. Will definitely come back!
