Went there a few years ago and enjoyed it. Brought my friends there again this trip and it wasa disappointment. The tables were not cleared promptly. When the server finally cleared the table she did not wipe the table until we asked her to. My friends ordered spinach and artichoke dip with chips, and calamari. They were both incredibly salty. You could see the salt stuck on the chips. They had to scrap off the salt before eating as it was unbearable. They ended up not finishing their dishes. One of them ordered a wrap that came cut in half. Half was good but the wrap of the other half was burnt/charred leaving a bad after taste.

I wasn't really impressed with the new menu. I didn't find that many choices. The food was good, nothing outstanding. Was supposed to get a twice baked potato but it was just a baked potato with a bit of sour cream and a strip of bacon?

Was in Penticton for a couple days, and was looking for somewhere to take my spouse on a dinner date. Came across "Kettle Valley Station Pub", and saw decent reviews for the restaurant. The place was close to empty, which is usually a bad sign, right around the 6:00pm mark. Ribs were microwaved and tough as a old leather shoe. Fries were covered in seasoning salt. Would not recommend at all, rather disappointed, since the bill was close to $60 for 2 meals and a drink each.

Nice seating outside. It was quite busy and I would suggest a bus-boy/girl so the waitresses wouldn't be running around trying to do everything.

I'm here on business & the restaurant just happens to be on the Ramada hotel property. What an inviting, enjoyable place to dine! The menu is diverse and interesting. The staff could not be friendlier or more attentive. Selections I have had to eat have been excellent! Their outdoor patio has waterfalls & fire pits plus a great view.
