Nice evening meal - what stood out for us was the wine and the sommelier both of which were excellent!!

We have a great birthday dinner night. Everything was lovely: Francesco suggested us an amazing wine and Salvatore takes care of the delicious food we ordered plus a birthday surprise candle at the end. Thank you for the wonderful experience in this beautiful location!

The food was outstanding and the atmosphere was beautiful if not a bit noisy. However the service was disappointing. We were greeted right away and the server was pleasant and the drinks and appetizers came out right away and were cleared promptly and then we waited and waited for our entrees. We flagged down our server a few times and the manager who all said they would check but never came back. 45 minutes later the food arrived with no explanation or apology. The food was delicious but now the whole experience was disappointing

I had high expectations because Kerridge's is part of The Corinthians Hotel. However the crab entrance was plain and the wagyu hamburger is overwhelm by the pulled pork barbecue. By other hand, the service is excellent. Oana and Dominic they recover our experience by their excellent service. Will I come back? Definitely not!

I keep trying to like this hotel restaurant, I’ve always enjoyed the quirky decor and subdued lighting and usually the food is very good. I had the “English asparagus starter” which was very good although I was taken aback with half a dozen small egg-yokes staring back at me.. my “burger” main of Pullled Wagyu beef was too chewy and why oh why do restaurants continue to use brioche buns, they go soft too quickly and are slightly sweet, don’t like them, the dish tasted good but mushy.. and to top it all, we were sat next to a table of around 10 people with a SCREAMING baby, this infant was entirely unsupervised by its “couldn’t-care-less-they’ll-have-to-put-up-with-it” parents/guardians/idiots. The restaurant manager said he had spoken to these people but apparently they ignored him. We were offered the move to another table, it wouldn’t have made an ounce of difference if we were moved to the Savoy, the volume was off-the-scale. Why should we move????? Eventually we moved to the bar area having skipped dessert for obvious reasons, the manager offered us “free” Irish coffees to finish off our distressing experience.. ruined our lunch! Why can’t these “top-end” restaurants resolve the issue of children, for example, children under 8 not allowed, simple isn’t it?

We found this restaurant to be a bit overrated. The service is a bit hectic and disorganized. The appetizers were a very delicious start with our champagne selection. The bread and butter were very decent too. We thought that their fish n’chips would fly in this highly rated restaurant, but they didn’t impress at all. It lacked the quality that we tasted in other restaurants in the Mayfair area. The chips were way too salty and not as good as we had in other places. The wine selection was decent but the pour was way too minimal. Better to order a bottle. Being so disappointed, we decided to skip dessert.

Great setting. Hotel is amazingly beautiful and this attached restaurant is busy but quiet enough for a group. Food is fantastic. First class all the way. Sunday roast was scrumptious.

Reception and table service was very good if a little inconsistent. Main delivery was quick while Desert seemed to take a while but that may have been my choice of souffle. There's no doubt the food is excellent. £32 for fish and chips is a lot but the surroundings are not your average chip shop. We enjoyed our third visit to Kerridges and will go again. Can't say better than that.
