Kenzo Napa, presented by proprietors Kenzo and Natsuko Tsujimoto, is an exceptional, authentic Japanese restaurant featuring a traditional prix fixe kaiseki menu designed by Chef Kenji Miyaishi, located in downtown Napa.

OpenTable allows reservations only 30 days in advance. For long-range planning: reservations@kenzonapa.com. Note that less than 24 hours' notice for cancellation will result in a $200 cancellation fee.

The fusion of Japanese tradition with innovative techniques and presentation is sure to transform all perceptions of Japanese cuisine. Edomae sushi and kaiseki delicacies are created with seafood selections flown in from acclaimed markets in Japan. Every dish is expertly paired with the Kenzo Estate wine collection as an option, along with a selection of fine wines, Japanese sakes and beer in a peaceful environment where the focus is on chef preparation and cuisine.

Kenzo is the proud recipient of 7 consecutive Michelin Star awards, noted for sake and wine lists.

We waited for something to excite me and my wife but after 8 courses we wanted to pay the bill and depart. I have lived in Japan for years and we just came back from a trip to Tokyo, Kyoto and Hiroshima so we know Japanese food. Kenzo was tasteless. It just wasn’t good. We have been to Michelin Japanese restaurants in the US that were so good but this was not! We had some of the best and this was one of the most disappointing experiences and no value for the price. The service was 5 star but the food was not. Not worth the visit.

A wonderful experience. Service was tremendous. The food was exquisite. We enjoyed a special evening thanks to the Kenzo team.

We absolutely love this restaurant. The experience is truly unbeatable. It is the best wine pairing we have ever had, including fabulous Kenzo wines and sake. We think it is a terrific value. Could not recommend this place more highly!!

We had a great experience, the chefs menu is both artistic and incredibly delicious. They have an outstanding staff, the service is impressive and worth every penny. The intimate setting adds to the experience and enjoyment of meal.

Our 2nd time to dine here. The service and food reflect on the consistent Michelin ratings ( 7 years ) Our specialist Martin was at the top of his game Truly helpful explaining the fine details of each serving Chef Yamamoto did not disappoint. Enjoyed the Wagyu and the Duck on top of the dumpling. The Sea Breem had an amazing ponzu gel Only complaint is the year 2020 vintage of Rindo should not be served since that’s a horrible year for wine because of the Napa fires. Still good but it clouded my judgement on the wine because of the suspect issues of the fires to the vines Never the less we had an epic dinner Arigato🙏🏼🇯🇵

This is one of our favorite restaurants. It has an intimate setting with limited seating, outstanding service and memorable food. The chefs present wonderful taste bites that are superbly prepared with a variety of flavors to tease your palate. A must do!!

This was my second time here, and it was just as memorable as the first. The attention to detail in service and delicious quality of the food is something that will have me coming back many more times. I highly recommend getting the pairing (it includes both sake and wine) if you drink alcohol. It is well worth it.

Service is top level. Ambience is unparalleled. Food is great but not quite up to our expectations. For the price charged it could be better.
