'Kento', a name that ideally unites Japan and Sardinia. In the Japanese language, this word refers to health. In Sardinian, it refers to the people who have reached 100 years of age. Longevity also linked to eating well, then. The proposal of Michelin-starred Theodor Falser brings to our tables an interpretation of his Pan-Asian cuisine using local ingredients: fish, meat and vegetables from Sardinia lend an original flavour to dishes typical of the Far East, in a gastronomic proposal unique to the island that can only be savoured here. An enchanting location, where the moon is reflected in the waves of the sea, ideal for romantic dinners or in the company of friends. Flavours that cannot be found elsewhere. A unique taste experience, even when it comes to the wine list.

At lunchtime, Kento Bay Restaurant changes its face, offering a Mediterranean cuisine, perfect to be enjoyed in the shade of the terrace, with a spectacular sea view.                                                                                         Très bon dîner ! La nourriture et son panel de saveurs sont un régal. Le service est discret et efficace. Nous avons adoré la crème brûlée.

                                                                                        Abbiamo prenotato per l anniversario di matrimonio, Arrivando in anticipo abbiamo chiesto per il bar per un aperitivo. Avendoci seduti al ristorante (dove pensavamo di aver prenotato aspettando più di 15 minuti per il menù),”chiedo se potessi avere il menù al cameriere che mi risponde che c è solo buffet. Allorché dico io ho prenotato per il menù alla carta dopo quasi 30 minuti il responsabile di sala viene e ci spiega che il ristorante era chiuso e che se volevamo il buffet bene se no non poteva farci niente. Siamo restati nella struttura solo perché non c era altra alternativa visto l orario. Mangiare buoni camerieri molto gentili e comprensivi manager poco gentile nel risolvere un problema con la pioggia. In una struttura a 5 stelle mi sarei aspettato qualcosa di più nella gestione di certe situazioni. Capisco che il tempo non si possa sempre prevedere ma almeno cercare di trovare una situazione più adeguata alla situazione si poteva risolvere.

                                                                                        Location meravigliosa (abbiamo preso il "privè", tavolo sulla spiaggia). Atmosfera incredibile, cibo buonissimo e di aspetto curatissimo, cameriere personale.

                                                                                        I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Not only was the food overpriced, but the portions were absolutely pathetic. We always value quality over quantity but It felt like they were rationing the food as if it was wartime. I left the restaurant still hungry and thoroughly unsatisfied. For the amount I paid, I expected a hearty meal, not a child's portion. I won't be coming back, and I certainly won't be recommending this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values their customers and provides a decent amount of food! …it is really unfortunate because the restaurant itself and the service are really impeccable. The quality of food and the menu diversity is not the problem, it is just the size of the main course that is not acceptable.
