The Kenji Omakase Experience is a multi-course menu created by the chef Matthew Nguyen, served at the sushi bar. There's limited seating Wednesday-Sunday with seatings at 5:45 and 8:30. All other guests are seated in the dining room with choice of table-side omakase or a la carte menu

A traditional Japanese experience which guests leave themselves in the hands of chef and receive a meal which is seasonal, elegant, artistic and uses the finest ingredients. The chefs will take you on a tour around the world with ingredients from the Toyosu market while also highlighting the dry aging program used only at Kenji

• We kindly decline requests to accommodate any dietary restrictions
• A 3.95% credit card fee will be added to all non-cash payments
• Service fee is added to parties of 6 or more
• Cancellations will only be accepted up to 24 hours prior to your reservation
• Any cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation will be charged $75 per person

the omakase was absolutely outstanding and the pistacchio beignets were mind blowing. we got great, personable service. the ONLY downside, one not big enough to take off stars, was the music. the genres were super random and the volume was too loud to hear my partner most of the time even though the rest of the restaurant was mostly empty. that being said though, i’d still go back even if they didn’t make any change to the music… hope they do though

Counting the days til my next visit. Chefs, our server, food, everything and I mean everything was exceptional.

Went for the 12 course omakase, everything was fresh and delicious. We were served by a team of four that made us feel very well taken care of. It can get quite loud inside which is probably due to the buildings acoustics but overall a great experience

High energy! Great vibes. The service was great and our server recommended amazing options. Food was on the expensive side but if you don’t mind paying for fresh and clean cuts, then this is a must!

My wife and I decided to go to Kenji for her Birthday. This was worth every single dollar!!! It’s expensive but these types of experiences are the essence of fine dining. To anyone that wants to experience this, I wholeheartedly say save the money and enjoy your time….

Great experience! Loved the Ora King Salmon Sushi and Prince of Peace Sake. Highly recommend.

Kenji Kenji in New Orleans is a total standout. The chef’s tasting is basically a masterclass in “how to blow your mind.” Every dish showcasing fresh, bold flavors that leave you wanting more. The sashimi melts in your mouth, and each bite feels like a work of art. Sit back, trust the chef, and enjoy a dining experience that’s nothing short of unforgettable.
