In fact, if we’re being totally honest, it actually started back before then when Keng Eng Kee Seafood was instead a hawker food stall. These days, however, it is a charming restaurant on Bukit Merah Lane 1 in Alexandra that serves up a great blend of Hainanese Chinese and local Singaporean cuisine.
