Kelseys has been Canada's Original Roadhouse Restaurant & Sports Bar since 1978. My partner and I have been going to Kelsey’s for most occasions for about 5 years now. Every time we’ve gone, everything has always been wonderful. This time around, can’t fully say the same thing. I had previously made a reservation for high top, and made a special request as it was my partners birthday. Normally when you do a request, the event is acknowledged. In the past they’ve done cards. When we arrived, we said to the hostesses that we had a reservation, and rather than looking at it, one said to the other “just go seat them anywhere, it’s only the two of them”…. When I requested high top. She tried seating us in a booth. We spoke up and got seated high top. The special request and birthday wasn’t acknowledged whatsoever/no card/no anything. Very upsetting. We then ordered our food, a portion of what was brought to us was cold, and another portion hadn’t been what we asked for. Again, every other experience we’ve had at Kelsey’s has been great which is also why we return for most occasions. But it was pretty disappointing having those great experiences and high expectations, and to have had to dealt with what we did. Please teach all of your staff to follow reservations when one is made.

Ordered the Balsamic Chicken Breasts. The meat was overcooked and very dry even though it was slathered in sauce. I should have sent it back. Didn't want others at my table to have to wait for me to be served another meal so I didn't say anything. Our friends really enjoyed their meals. My husband loved his burger with the American cheese on it. The drinks were good and the service was excellent.

We were a party of 7 and the food and service were great! All the food came out the same time for everyone. Wonderful.

Matt was an excellent server. Food was a tad slow for such a quiet night, and the chicken in the chicken parm and nashville chicken sandwich were a bit weird. The supervisor said that's because they switched to frozen meat. Spinach dip was on point as always.

Met up with a friend for a nice meal and to catch up. The food was great, our server was lovely, and there was such a great atmosphere. Would definitely go back again!

We all ordered wings. Unfortunately, all of our wings were extremely salty. We asked for plain wings and that was also very salty. The server was wonderful and they the best she can do based in the situation

Two of our party arrived on time and were comfortably seated by the hostess who assured us she would watch for the third member of our party, who we knew would arrive late due to a snow squall. Despite the restaurant not being busy our third member, who asked for our reservation by name, was seated alone and told we had not arrived, by the same hostess. We were exceedingly disappointed in our meals, except for the fish. The food was ho-hum, very small portions, presented in a very bland manner. Again except the fish. We enjoyed our dessert. Foremost in our experience we had a cheerful, pleasant, attentive and helpful server. Our meals looked nothing like those pictured in the restaurant’s menu. We found little to nothing for vegetarian food choices. And we found little variation in your pricing. Your economy choices providing half size portions for 75%, made little sense. We were celebrating a Family Day Dinner and were disappointed not only in the meals, but the also by the blatant promotion of alcoholic specials offered thru the week, which didn’t compensate for the over priced food. And finally the male member of our party found no hand towels available in the washroom; an emergency ‘out-of-towel’sign made no sense when one’s hands are soaking wet and slippery! And this poor washroom maintenance occurred in the afternoon of a very uncrowded restaurant. The totally enjoyable aspect of our visit was our table server. He was efficient, cheerful, helpful and personable. Top marks. Overall we are unlikely to return after this exceedingly disappointing experience. Thank you for offering this survey.

Great service! Lovely establishment! Next time though I would request a booth. We were seated by the window and it was a little drafty(would be great in the summer :)
