Fantastic service from staff. The 8oz steak with Cajun shrimp and fully loaded baked potato was so flavorful and cooked perfectly. Had a Mojito for a drink and it was perfect too. Will be back.

Well we loved the food and the patio was wonderful. The severs were very polite and friendly but we waited a little longer than we anticipated for our food to be served. I'll go back again tho.

Food was good and pretty standard prices. Service was great and waitress was bringing refills before we even asked which was great. One semi complaint is that I added chicken to the quesadillas but there was only 1 small cube on each section but it tasted good. There is usually music playing and kids screaming so it can be hard to hear sometimes so take that into account if you are going to chat.

I had a great time at Kelsey’s out waitress was so sweet and moved us to a bigger table cus of space. The wings were a bit too crisp despite them being breaded if that makes sense 😂 They were tasty the apple butter bbq was almost a bit dry but the sweet chilli ones a perfect texture. The bites were dry but it was good also. I loved the sweet potato fries and I loved the funnel cake fries. The overall rating would be 7.5 The noise level did go down and the music as well as it became later in the evening.

We were a party of 3. I ordered Buddha salad with grilled chicken and garlic cheese toast. Another person the salmon and rice. We were hosting a friend we hadn't seen in 20 years so we were in the restaurant for 5 hours. Within 2 hours of eating, both of us (who had these meals) were in the bathroom. Severe gastro issues. My symptoms lasted well into the night (after returning home). The other person, who also had debilitating cramping, had symptoms for 24 hours. The 3rd person in our party had a hamburger and fries and was fine. Very upsetting experience.

My partner and I have been going to Kelsey’s for most occasions for about 5 years now. Every time we’ve gone, everything has always been wonderful. This time around, can’t fully say the same thing. I had previously made a reservation for high top, and made a special request as it was my partners birthday. Normally when you do a request, the event is acknowledged. In the past they’ve done cards. When we arrived, we said to the hostesses that we had a reservation, and rather than looking at it, one said to the other “just go seat them anywhere, it’s only the two of them”…. When I requested high top. She tried seating us in a booth. We spoke up and got seated high top. The special request and birthday wasn’t acknowledged whatsoever/no card/no anything. Very upsetting. We then ordered our food, a portion of what was brought to us was cold, and another portion hadn’t been what we asked for. Again, every other experience we’ve had at Kelsey’s has been great which is also why we return for most occasions. But it was pretty disappointing having those great experiences and high expectations, and to have had to dealt with what we did. Please teach all of your staff to follow reservations when one is made.

Ordered the Balsamic Chicken Breasts. The meat was overcooked and very dry even though it was slathered in sauce. I should have sent it back. Didn't want others at my table to have to wait for me to be served another meal so I didn't say anything. Our friends really enjoyed their meals. My husband loved his burger with the American cheese on it. The drinks were good and the service was excellent.
