    So happy with Kelsey’s in all aspects, not the Kelsey’s I remember from back in the day, menu is great and excellent value, perfect spot for casual bite with friends and a variety of different menu options to suit

    Food was ok but we had a 10 off coupon and we had 2 bills at the table and they had to split the coupon between the 2 bills. Diet pop was flat

    We were a table of 9. Our server was quick, efficient and friendly. The food was good not stellar but regular fare for the restaurant. The restaurant was relatively quiet and the evening was pleasant. Will go again.

    On Thursday half price wings the place was very busy. We’re waiting for 40 minutes to be approached. When we called one of the servers we found out that nobody was looking after our table. Once this was addressed everything was perfect. I tried for the first time the salt and pepper wings. I expected to be salty but for my taste they were too salty. I will not have them again.

    Kendra our hostess made sure we were seated where requested in the reservation and had time for a chat. A nice touch. I had the lunch trio and my guest had the burger. Good food and good service. What more can you ask?

    Best Kelsey’s around. Our waitress Terri went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was perfect. GREAT food GREAT management team(unlike Waterloo restaurant) and GREAT overall experience.
