Nice place to eat. Just be careful when ordering food if you don't like or can't eat spicy food as wings and some other plates, are marinated with black pepper or other condiments and it makes it spicy. This can happen even if it is not showed on the menu.

My steak was served raw in the middle not medium rare as requested. My kiddo’s steak was not seasoned. Accessible stall was unusable due to a baby changing station that would not stay up. My kiddo is a wheelchair user should we had to leave early as they needed to use the washroom and could not safely use the washroom.

I went here for my birthday dinner. For a casual dinner, Kelsey’s is usually at the top of my list. My meal tonight fell way below the quality I am used to from Kelsey’s. I ordered the chicken fingers and they were very small and over cooked. I haven’t heard great things about this location ranging from the service to the food and I will be avoiding this Kelsey’s after my experience this evening.

We had the Cajun shrimp app and our mains, chicken tenders and the Mac & Cheese with Chicken tenders on top. Everything was overcook and the Mac & Cheese was tasteless. Won’t be back.

Found the price quite high for a mediocre experience. Noisy and difficult to have a normal conversation. Menu reduced from past experience.

Everything pretty good, except one member of our parties food had to be sent back for being badly undercooked

It’s Kelsey what can I say. Our kids meal was enjoyed by our child but our food was extremely bland. We had to season our steak fajitas with salt and pepper. Service was good but food was very lacking. Do not recommend.

Our server Elia was wonderful. Unfortunately it appeared that the kitchen staff was behind. We waited a fair amount of time for our meal and dessert. Please continue to offer reservations. My Mother is hearing impaired and quite diminutive. The booth we requested worked perfectly. The noise level did get to her. As the crowd din grew, the volume of the music was raised. Compounding the issue. Please consider lowering the volume as conversations build. That’s why we’re all out together! As someone who works in the service industry, thanks!
