Went out with my husband for Valentine’s dinner. Our meal was perfect, tasty, prepared nicely and good portions for a reasonable price. The service was great, everything was timed perfectly, always being checked without feeling rushed. Overall it was a great experience and I’ll be happy to go back!

Wrong burger brought to my friend. Service was slow for a midday lunch. Would have liked it if the restaurant was more festive.

Waited almost 25 mins before a server came to our table. 4 of us were dining. Nashville chicken was served with punk chicken with a side of not so angry fries a few had spice. Fajita didn’t really impress Steak and bacon sandwich was just meh I was told Chicken parm was under seasoned and bland she said. Manager did come to table and apologize for the undercooked chicken and offered free dessert. They ran out of tall glasses to serve drinks in and we never did get our water we asked for. Sadly we won’t be back anytime soon

A reservation was made and confirmed for a party of 5 (five) for 6:15 p.m. Our party of 5 arrived on time and the hostess was told we had a reservation and I gave her my name (reservation name). The hostess seated us at a table for 4 and pulled up a chair from another table, when all the while there were booths available for seating 5 (3 adults and two tweens). Two appetizers were ordered. One of the appetizers came first, thinking the second appetizer would follow. We finished eating the first appetizer and waited for over 15 minutes for the second appetizer. When we were finally able to flag down our server, she looked at us like she didn't know what we were talking about. By that time, our entrees were arriving. The second appetizer showed up during our meal. The food was good, we had no complaints regarding the food. The issue was our server and the hostess. Would we consider returning? Not sure, this is the second Kelseys that we have attended in the past year, Richmond Hill and now Newmarket. Can't say we were happy at either, although the service at Richmond Hill was better, the food was not.

Nick, our server, was great. Very attentive and patient. We weren’t rushed out and my burger was delicious (so were the fries)

Kelsey's provides a good dining experience in a comfortable environment to share with friends as part of an evening together. The food is quite good at reasonable cost. We found the service and attentiveness to our requests excellent.

My chicken wings were not cooked properly. They did acknowledge it and took it off my bill but giving this review so it doesn’t happen again.
