I ordered ribs which were too tough and the manager and server were so considerate they replaced it with a steak. Then to top it off they only charged me half price. Terrific customer service

The food was great and it came quickly. I felt like the service could have been better, but the server was young and could have been starting off. I presented a gift card with a portion of it with a $10 off voucher, I was told by the server that the portion of the voucher needed to be activated, but then she proceeded to charge me the full amount without the discount on the interact machine. I would’ve loved the opportunity to have five minutes and activate the discount card as opposed to assuming that I didn’t want to use it. Our visit at the restaurant was very quick and we did not stick around for very long after eating therefore, I feel like an extra couple of minutes given to do this would’ve been a nice option. I proceeded to tip 18% and feel like a little more time and patience, would’ve warranted a higher tip amount.

Usually great service, but service was lacking tonight. Disappointed that we weren’t offered at least a dessert for the special occasion we were celebrating.

The service was excellent as usual. The food was good, not great. The wings were excellent. The chicken in the buffalo Caesar wrap was over-cooked. It was hard and dry.
