Kelseys has been Canada's Original Roadhouse since 1978. Inspired by the uninhibited spirit of road tripping and the classic Roadhouse, the rules are different at Kelseys. 4 of us had an wonderful evening for Valentine’s Day dinner . We were greeted with 2 friendly faces with big smiles , we were seated very fast . Bailey came right over and introduced herself and right off the bat we knew we were going to be treated very well . Bailey was amazing from start to finish , we will definitely be back and hopefully be served by her. Our food was delicious. The choc cheese cake with caramel and choc sauce was to die for .

Service was very slow at this location. We had to wait a long time to be seated, even though there was no lineup at the door. It seemed like the servers didn’t care if anyone was waiting. The food took forever to arrive, and everything was overcooked. We ordered two large servings of chicken wings—one order didn’t even have enough sauce and both were overcooked. We also had the chicken Parmesan, but the sauce was very runny, and the chicken was overcooked too. The sides were nearly burnt, with a dark brown color. We should have sent the food back, but we were celebrating my husband’s birthday. I had noted this on the reservation, but it didn’t seem to matter to them—there wasn’t even a simple greeting. We usually enjoy dining at Kelsey’s, but we won’t be returning to this location.

We had a great dinner at Kelsey's and had a great server! It was very busy, but our server was friendly and efficient. We received a great table that matched exactly the request I had submitted. The food was great and came out very fast, especially given how busy the restaurant was. I would recommend this Kelsey's location.

Our waitress Helen was friendly and attentive to our needs. She checked in on us often to make sure we had what we needed. We all felt very comfortable with her as our waitress.

I stated in the reservation that it was my wife’s birthday. No mention of it when we arrived. No cake, no singing, no free appetizer…..nothing.

We both had burgers and salad. Our lettuce was not washed as it was so filled with sand that I almost broke a tooth and so gritty that I couldn’t continue. The burger was okay but very greasy bun. The wine selection is not great. Service was good this time.
