                                                                              Horrible food, burger was half burnt and smelt foul and the service was beyond bad. They had one poor girl working the whole patio and she was running around like crazy- we literally had to wait 25 mins for her to even take our order

                                                                              Ordered a simple burger with fries. The fries were cold and soggy. Burger was dry and only warm. It seems like it was sitting waiting for my companions meal which did arrive hot. The wait staff offered to remove the item from the bill and provide me a free replacement. That was appreciated, but I declined.

                                                                              We had a 5:30pm reservation and arrived at 5:33. The host right at the door with the iPad looked at us shocked and said I think they gave away your table, I don’t know, shrugged and told us to go talk to the people inside. We waited for 10 minutes before they talked to us and then they showed us to a table that already had people sitting and said here you go. We said we had a reservation for 2 and we didn’t know them, and they said oh, brought us back to the front and we again waited before they gave us a table with one chair only, and no one showed up to even give us water for 20 minutes. Portion sizes were tiny but good and drink was tasty, overall 2/10 experience. How do you give someone’s table away, when we made a reservation a week in advance.

                                                                              Great ambience, food was good. We went before a Blue Jays Game with a resversation and drinks and food came out quickly, we had to ask for bill a few times. Great spot downtown.

                                                                              Other than the $45 dollar 12oz steak, the portions of the sides: Brussels sprouts + fries were so meager I could literally count the pieces of sprouts and fries and could see more white empty plate than food. It presented like the restaurant had run out and that these were the tiny pieces left at the bottom of the batch. Sprouts were excellent though, but sadly what few fries there were, were cold. 30 minutes later, I ordered a footlong hot dog at the Jays game because I was still so hungry and I don’t even eat hot dogs. Really disappointing.

                                                                              Started out with them sitting myself and a client at different tables when we arrived despite a reservation under my full name on open table. It took forever for the food to arrive and it was just salads and then no one checked on us for half an hour and we needed to pay our bill and get back to the office. It wasn’t even busy so no excuse. Don’t think I would take clients there ever again. The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because the fish tacos were alright. The service needs improvement.

                                                                              Great venue in a great location. This is my favorite for a pre-game bite and something to drink. Excellent menu with lots of different options to try. And that's for both food and drink! Also, located where it is, the prices are really fair and you don't have to break the bank to get a great meal. I had the Peruvian Chicken Salad this time and it was 5 star all the way, delicious!!
