Went to brunch and dinner twice. Thinking maybe it was a one off. But all three times the service was disorganized From the host. Not getting. Open table reservations to service going missing. Always forget. And missing in action

The music and drinks were okay. The customer service is okay. The wait time is long even if you put a reservation.

Made reservations through open table only to find out that they only do reservations through their website. Ended up leaving

Amazing food! We ordered the Jerk Chicken with festivals and the Lamp chops with mashed potatoes. Every bite was so tender and seasoned! Absolutely amazing! I will definitely be back.

One of the appetizers was served after some of the entrees. Two of the meals were served after the other parties had finished eating. There has to be a way to somehow coordinate when the meals and appetizers are served. Please do not use the excuse that items are prepared as ordered. Lots of other restaurants I have been to have the same mantra but the service is better. The server/waitress was quite good and is not to be blamed. The music is too loud and it’s impossible to have a conversation. The food is good so the cost is okay. The ambience is nice. You just need to work with the kitchen staff to do better.

This was my third time here and every time tops the last! We arrived earlier than our reservation and were seated immediately. The service was great - the servers were friendly, fast and attentive, and the manager and bar manager checked on us throughout the service. All of our food and drink orders were fast and accurate, and the food tasted great! The free drinks for Ladies’ Night were perfect. I will definitely be back soon.

Everything about Kekoon is AMAZING! I have never been to a restaurant where everything was on point. From the valet, to the front service, to the waitress, to the food, bathrooms were super clean, to the vibe. We were seated as soon as we arrived. Waitress Laila was by far top tier, very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable of the menu, was always smiling and made sure we were good and checking on us when y he food came out. The decore is beautiful, bathrooms were super clean. Food was EVERYTHING and more!!! I will definitely be back very soon, like today soon 🙂!

It was a nice place. Music was really good. I didn't like the Hennessy was good on the first order but not well on the second order. My food was good (but half of it was not hot). Waitress was really nice. She knew the menu really well. Appetizers were really good. I'd go again, but not sit where the flow of traffic occur, possibly would try the bar instead

I had a reservation but I arrived I was advised that they had a 2 hour wait that the kitchen was behind the host said to me as if she wanted me to leave if it wasn’t for my daughters birthday I would have but I told her I have a group with me and leaving wasn’t a option she did go and find me a seat which I appreciate I understood she was overwhelmed and it really isn’t her fault after a long wait everyone receives there food but I the waitress was pleasant the music was way too loud but they did play good music just couldn’t talk over the music i never received my food had to just cancel it I paid a deposit and they didn’t put it on the bill had to ask for it the food was mid from what everyone else had and no one offered an apology
